This stunning living roomkitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole condo with comfortable seating, a large granite kitchen countertop, and a TV while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is spacious and wellequipped for any cooking venture. The living room also offers a DVD player and queen sofa bed. The coffee table transforms into a social gathering spot with seats located under the table.
The main bedroom offers a bed and personal bathroom with a walkin shower. The main bedroom is also equipped with a TV and DVD player. The hallway nook is equipped with two twin bunks for additional sleeping.
The complex offers a 2,000 sq. ft. seasonally heated tropical pool and a whirlpool spa, fitness center overlooking the Gulf, a firepit, beach chairs available for rental, covered parking, poolside internet, and a wine bar with food!
The best part about this is the location! This unparalleled retreat is located on the peaceful west end of Panama City Beach on Front Beach Road just six blocks halfmile from Pier Park. Frank Brown outdoor sports complex is within walking distance which is perfect for baseball, soccer, and swimming tournaments.
THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy. This project is expected to be completed by March 1, 2024, though it could last longer.
During Spring Break, we rent to 'families' or 'all' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Beach Chair Service rentals are available 311031. This is not included in this property rental.
Guests must pay an additional 50 registration fee.
