This location is perfect for a fun getaway, set directly in front of the Gulf and next door to Schooners, a local favorite restaurantbar on the beach! Did you know Panama City Beach has one of the largest populations of bottlenose dolphins You can see them all day long and watch stunning sunsets from your seventhfloor balcony!
Seychelles creates an atmosphere of communion with a spectacular view of the Gulf from almost anywhere in the condo. This coastal gem was updated in 2021 with new paint and decor, a new bedroom mattress, living room furniture, a queen sofa bed, and a new TV. With an open living room and kitchen, everyone can enjoy time together watching TV in the living room or cooking dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers comfortable seating, a 60inch smart TV, and a Bluray DVD player. The kitchen offers a majestic ocean view, making cooking a pleasure rather than a chore. There is seating at the breakfast bar and the dining table.
The main bedroom is situated at the back of the condo, perfect for those wanting to catch up on some sleep! This bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom with a tubshower combo. The hallway has two twin bunks adjacent to the second bathroom with a spacious shower.
Some of the complex features include two gulfside pools with water features, one pool heated seasonally, a hot tub, a fitness center, a game room, and kid's programs during the spring and summer. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
At Seychelles, you are within walking or short driving distance to some of the most popular restaurants on the Gulf Coast, including Captain Anderson's, a Southern Living Reader's Choice multiyear winner, and Liza's, a local's favorite. You can also be at St Andrews State Park, Miracle Strip, Wonderworks, or Shipwreck Island within 10 to 20 minutes. The luxurious 30A area is a short 40 minutes to upscale dining and shopping. For boat lovers, three fullservice marinas are literally within walking distance. Golf options abound with public courses at Signal Hill, Holiday, Bay Point, and Sharks Tooth the famous Greg Normandesigned course.
