You'll be less than three miles from the start of Highway 30A in Inlet Beach and eight miles up the coast from Pier Park. Begin each morning with a cup of coffee on your third-floor balcony, basking in the warm sea breeze as you take in the view. After a day of swimming in the Gulf or fishing in Lake Powell, this is a lovely spot to return to at sunset with a tropical cocktail in hand. Inside, this two-story condo is modern and polished, with central air conditioning running throughout.
