The first floor is a one car garage and storage area. On the second floor, a rustic covered porch with ample seating beckons. The salty breeze cools and the sounds of waves are almost hypnotic. Stepping inside, large expansive windows infuse the area with natural light and views of the Gulf. A beautiful oak hardwood floor throughout provides continuity. Déjà Vu is technologically advanced with wireless internet, four flat screen TVs, two DVD players, an HD/DVR, APPLE TV for streaming content such as Netflix along with a surround sound stereo. A muted natural hue matching sofa and loveseat on an area rug provides ample, elegant seating in the livingroom. Occasional furniture completes the room with design and beauty. Six can dine on Queen Anne carved chairs at a large wooden dining room table. Additional seating for three is provided at the fawn granite bar overlooking the kitchen. A French door refrigerator freezer, an energy efficient dishwasher, a flat top range with oven, a large, clean microwave oven, a traditional coffee maker and a toaster oven are provided for your meal planning and preparation. All necessary utensils, dinnerware, and cookware are also provided. Custom built, white wooden cabinets complete the kitchen and provide copious pantry space. A guest room is located on this floor offering a queen bed, an en suite and an outside porch. The third floor contains all other bedrooms and to meet your every need, a full sized washer and dryer are in the home. An opulent Gulf facing master bedroom has a four- poster king bed, a sitting area and an en suite. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony. Carpeted to enhance quietness, this is an environment that guarantees relaxation. The second guest room provides two sets of Ethan Allen, ladder access, bunk beds and an en suite.
