This adorable Panama City Beach home has it all! Located mere steps away from beach access, any day can be spent in the sand. When you aren't busy watching the crashing waves, check out nearby Frank Brown Park, Pier Park, Gulf World, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. Hunger will be satisfied at any of the area's restaurants and you can purchase a fun souvenir at one of the local boutiques.
Continue enjoying the Sunshine State's sea breeze from the home's private backyard featuring a pool, poolside loungers, corn hole, a gas grill, and al fresco dining. Two patios are also available outside.
When you need a break from the sun, the openconcept interior welcomes you in with open arms. Sit back and relax on the comfortable seating in the living room. Show off your culinary skills amongst the updated appliances and ample meal prep space in the full kitchen. Or, refresh your swimsuits in the laundry room.
Boasting two primary bedrooms, everyone's comfort is guaranteed! Each of the bedrooms features private TVs, soft color palettes, highquality linens, and central airconditioning. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, the futon can sleep two. A Craps Table and internet access round out the interior amenities.
End another day in paradise on the upper patio, perfect for marvelous sunset viewing!
