**DISCLAIMER**
Starting September 2024 through March 2025, the Aqua COA will begin balcony resurfacing of all rental units ending in 06 through 11. During this time, you may not have access to your balcony and most window views may be obstructed. To determine if your balcony may be impacted in this timeframe, please contact us and we can review the estimated schedule. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub will remain open. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly.

This is our 3rd time staying at Aqua. The condos are very nice and the location is great for a lot of dining and shopping within walking distance. The 2 pools are wonderful. We have never had any issues. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful condo fully furnished, with a beautiful view, and minutes walk from everything you would want and need to do. We visited Pier Park, spent time at all the bars and restaurants. Plenty of water time at the beach and pools.

This is my 8th year coming to Aqua and I have stayed in several different units and have always been happy with the accommodations, hospitality, staff, and location. We come and stay here 2-3 times per year and don’t even consider other resorts. You won’t be disappointed!

The condo was in the best place in the beach. It has a great view of the ocean. We stayed on the 15th floor. I am not a fan of heights but the condo was so comfortable that I didn’t feel bad at all. The condo was clean and homey. We really enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed at Aqua before and always 100% satisfied. Unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Staff was very professional and helpful. Conveniently located within walking distance to Pier Park and a short drive to many other PCB restaurants and attractions. My family comes every year for a month and we were once again so pleased already booked for next October!!!

Great time in Panama City Beach. The rental location is great. Close to stores, church and many of the activities we chose to do. View is spectacular, the staff friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the pool, very clean and well kept. Will definitely return!

The condo was in a great location! Pier Park just down the street. Close to Walmart, Fresh Market, and Target. Elevators at Aqua were fast and efficient. Condo was nicely decorated. Only issues were we had to share a remote between the two bedrooms and there wasn’t a pot big enough for a shrimp boil. With Walmart down the street, I went and bought one. Would definitely stay in this condo again!
