This brand new low-rise condominium resort, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and close to St. Andrews Bay, combines timeless Mediterranean style, comfort and elegance with friendly down-home atmosphere. A boardwalk connects Tropical Breeze’s courtyard and pool area with the nearby beach, and delivers guests straight from their vacation condominiums to the beckoning sand and surf!

Property features a daily Continental breakfast, barbecue grills, a children’s pool and activity center, a fitness center, covered parking, elevator access, and security.

Units feature spacious, tropical-themed 1 and 2-bedroom condos with a wonderful view of the pool and panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. All rooms also include a fully-equipped kitchen, whirlpool tub and shower, washer/dryer and furnished linens to ensure that you have the perfect stay during your vacation. There is also a restaurant close by with live entertainment and a boat launch and marina. Tropical Breeze is located in close proximity to the area’s finest fishing, shopping, entertainment and golf. Registered guests must be at least 21 years old. Office hours are from 8am-5pm Sunday through Friday and from 8am-8pm on Saturday.
