We were very comfortable in Summer House 1401A. The unit is actually bigger than it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything you can think of. Loved the decorating. The balcony furniture was solid and comfortable. Signature Properties was extremely communicative and came to help when we had a problem with the TV (thanks Julie!) The little snack bowl was an added welcoming touch.

This was our first time vacationing in Alabama and don’t really know the area but the location of this property was perfect close to everything and the views are stunning. The staff was very professional and quick to reply to all our questions. We will definitely be reserving this location again next year. I love the fact that they had accommodations for babies and a fully equipped kitchen. They thought of everything to make us feel comfortable, and as if we were at home.

Our stay was exceptional! Property was clean and well organize. The kitchen had all of the utensils you will need. Staff was very responsive and helpful! This was our first time at Orange Beach and we will sure book again at the near future! Also the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Our vacation stay at Summer House was beyond “Amazing”. The house was clean, modern, and looked as the pictures showed. The view of the beach from the balcony is breathtaking and the highlight of the entire stay.

This is truly the best place on Orange Beach! We have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it. This condo has the best beds ever (better than home) and the view is specular. On our last stay one of my girls left their wallet in the condo bed on accident. The staff here retrieved it and worked with me to get it back to her right away. Very impressive! Can't wait to return again...

This place is amazing... Updated kitchen, huge sectional for hanging out, sliders overlooking the beach from every bedroom, comfortable beds, great pool area! Loved it, and would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing. The condo was on greet shape, beautifully decorated, kitchen fully stocked and the views were amazing. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the gulf and you could see so far up the beach. Spectacular.

Wow! Where to begin. The pictures do not do this condo justice. We love everything about it. The kitchen was fully functional and modern. My youngest son loved that the microwave sang to him when it was done lol. The beds and couch were all comfortable. Julie was super nice and helpful for everything we needed for the checking in and out. The staff at Summer house were all very nice and helpful. Let’s talk about location and the views. I could have stayed on the balcony they entire time. It was clean. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to stay again either there or with signature properties. They have a customer for life right here. Thank you for a great stay.

We have stayed in this unit twice and Summer House itself many times and we love it so much! The beds are super comfy (my top priority) and we love that everyone is always very nice. The view is amazing...love that we can hit the indoor pool on days where the weather isn't great. Also...the new couch this year was a fantastic addition to the condo. A few things I wish...that there were beach chairs to use so we didn't have to bring ours and that the outdoor pool was heated for chillier days. We also noticed that the master bathroom TP holder is still broken (as it was last year) and just falls off when you touch it. Overall if you want to relax this is the place!!

Summer House 1401 was beautiful!! Very neat an clean!!! Everything we needed just like home!! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook with!! Wasnt like the usual just a few pots an pans an utensils!! Our veiw was breath taking!!! Our children loved it! There rooms where also very spacious neat an clean!

We enjoyed our stay here. The management company communicated with us before and after our stay and provided all necessary info. Upon arrival the room looked clean, however after walking around barefoot in it for about a half hour our feet were black. We also noticed the blanket on one of the guest beds and one of the extra blankets had not been washed as there was still food on it from someone else. The building itself is older and could use some refreshing and paint. Despite that, the room was nice and had a great balcony and view!

We had a wonderful stay at Summerhouse (March 2022)! Our condo was clean, spacious, secure, and had all the amenities we needed. The view was fabulous and the building was very quiet (no spring break partiers). Being on the 14th floor I appreciated the quick elevators (however the elevator inspection was several months out of date and by the end of the week the right elevator would not go to the 14th floor (the button stopped working) .
Things that would have made our stay even more perfect would have been a better coffee pot (it overflowed/backed up and got grounds in the coffee daily), if the building eliminated that one VERY squeaky luggage cart (you could hear it all over the building), and if the outdoor pool were heated this would have been a major bonus to this property. Location was excellent as it was near restaurants and shops. Orange Beach was one of the most beautiful and clean beaches I have visited.
