With a prime location moments away from the beach and only one and a half miles from Orange Beach, you wont find anything like this. If youre into outdoor activities, the Gulf State Park is two miles from you and offers visitors two miles of powdery sands and the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico! There you can also find freshwater lakes where you can take a boat ride or glide along in a kayak, cycle and hike through scenic and memorable backcountry trails, and even enjoy an onsite restaurant. Adventure Island, a familyfriendly amusement park, features gokarts, bumper boats, laser tag, kiddie rides, and erupting volcano replica that comes alive with a powerful and memorable show you can even feel the vibrations and feel the steam all you have to do is travel half a mile away and youll find it. Almost nine miles northwest, Highway 59 is home to all sorts of familyfriendly attractions, including Waterville USA, Tikis MiniGolf, Pirates Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.

The tennis courts are closed until repairs are complete.
Construction due to Hurricane Sally repairs is ongoing at the complex. The availability of amenities is subject to the repairs at the time. The elevators are also expecting repairs and may be unavailable intermittently.
Construction begins at 7 am and continues until 530 pm with heavy machinery and noise.
Building renovations are currently ongoing at Pelican Pointe and are scheduled to last through Fall, 2022. These renovations include concrete work and balcony railing replacement and involve worker activity, swing scaffolding, and periodic restricted balcony access. In addition, the outdoor pool is scheduled to be closed for the entire month of August.
Due to construction, parking at Pelican Pointe is currently limited to one vehicle per unit. Passes must be purchased onsite through the Security Guard at Pelican Pointe. Parking passes are 30each price may be higher for renters staying longer than 30 days and can be paid via cash or check to the Security Guard. A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season. Thank you!
