Drottningholm Rental Information

The main entry of Drottningholm is on the ground level, which features a Gulf front living area with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and access to the patio. A kitchenette on this level includes a sink, full-size refrigerator, ice machine and basic appliances. The southeast bedroom offers two queen beds. The northwest bedroom has two twin bunks to accommodate four peopl. There are two hall baths on this level, one with a tub/shower combination, and one with a shower only. A sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping on this level.The main level of Drottningholm features a welcoming great room that includes the living area, dining area and a roomy kitchen complete with modern appliances. Windows span the width of the south side, with access to the covered deck along the width of the house. There are two bedrooms on this level. The northeast bedroom offers a king bed with a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. The northwest bedroom offers a king bed with a private access to the common full bath featuring a tub/shower combination. This common full bath also has access from the hall. A full-size laundry room is located on this level.The third level of this great vacation home houses three bedrooms, a living area with a convenient wet bar, a sofa sleeper, and an additional laundry facility. The spacious master bedroom is located on the Gulf front east side with a king bed and private access to the deck. Guests can luxuriate in the large private bath featuring a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double-sink vanity. The northeast bedroom has a king bed and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom on the northwest side has one queen and one twin bed, with private access to the common full bath featuring a tub/shower combination; this bath can also be accessed from the hallway.The Nordic Villas common area includes two shared swimming pools located on the north side of the complex with large sundecks, tables, chairs and chaises. There are three barbeque grill areas, each with two grills, two additional large parking lots, and boardwalks leading to the beach from each house. This home allows monthly reservations November 1 - March 13.
