The patio has railings -- there is no access to the pool area via the patio. The unit is approximately 1400 sq ft with a fully equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances all set in granite counter tops with a separate area for a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths. The master has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The hallway has a tub/shower combo as well.

Review: This property is on the first floor and the balcony looks right out at the pool. If privacy is important, then this might not be the unit for you. The property management staff was great, helping me troubleshoot the wifi and with late check-in. All of the linen was fine, there were plenty of towels and the sheets were nice. This condo is located in a premium spot though. The walk to the beach is really short and the pool is right outside the door. For my kids this was ideal. All in all, a great stay.
Review: We enjoyed our stay at Romar Tower 1D! With 2 little ones, it was nice to be on the first level with easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and even provided starter necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. so you don’t HAVE to go to the store as soon as you get there. Our only complaint was that the unit had not been deep cleaned in some time. It was surface cleaned— vacuumed, swept, mopped, bathrooms cleaned, linens changed. The showers also didn’t drain well. The decor/furnishings are dated and a bit random, but that is to be expected with a lower budget rental, and we didn’t come to the beach for condo decorations :) All in all, it was a good place for the price, especially with littles!
