DELIGHTFUL ISLAND RETREAT NEAR THE BEACH W/ LARGE DECK, CANAL ACCESS. MORE THAN READY TO ACCOMODATE THE WHOLE FAMILY OR A GROUP OF FRIENDS, THIS CANAL FRONT GETAWAY WILL BE JUST THE PLACE TO SOAK UP THE SUN AND SALTY AIR HERE IN NAVARRE BEACH! LARGE OPEN AND AIRY WITH VIEWS OF THE SANTA ROSA SOUND AND CANAL.
The home has a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms. The master bedroom accommodates a King Sized and the Guest bedroom has two Queen sized beds.
Should you decide to bring a boat the canal can accommodate up to a 30ft boat. The boat can be tied at the back of the property where the dock area is located. The boat lift is not for guest use. There is a boat trailer onsite that is also not for guest use. Any guest bringing a boat must launch at the public launch access.
Island Oasis is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited. The main renter must be 25 years or older and a 25+ year old chaperone must be present for every four guests under 25. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation of these rules are subject to eviction with no refund.
Please note: two dogs are permitted, but they must be under 50 lbs and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300.
