NEWLY UPDATED! This beachy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just across from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and is the perfect vacation home for families!

If you're looking for the full experience of the beach then Serendipity is for you. From the location of the home to the décor you'll know you've finally made it to a relaxing beach getaway. The fully stocked kitchen is cheerful and open to the comfortable living area and gulf views can be seen from the many windows. The living room offers a comfy sleeper sofa and a 50" large flat screen Smart TV!

All of the bedrooms at Serendipity are bright with tropical colors and more of those great windows and views. The master bedroom offers a king bed, large screen Smart TV and private bath with a walk in shower. It also has access to the deck! The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen Smart TV and offers views of the Santa Rosa Sound. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a flat screen Smart TV and each bedroom has a DVD player too. This home sleeps 9 easily.

Just off the living room is a large deck that offers views of the gulf and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. It's a great place to enjoy your morning cup of joe and take in the beautiful sunrise or just listen to the breeze in the surrounding palm trees that also provide some privacy while on the deck. Underneath the home is a spacious area for grilling out and enjoying family time after a long, fun-filled day at the beach.

My family stayed in the house for a week. 5 adults and 4 young kids. The house is a perfect location to the beach. A close walk and not in a high traffic area. We cooked using the grill multiple times and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed.
The bed in the guest room was extremely firm. I couldn't sleep on it. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the TV in their room. The master bedroom was directly off the deck and was very spacious.
It was clean upon arrival, however for days after there was an extremely strong fish smell. We had to buy air freshener because it simply wouldn't go away.
The house is older, but it had everything we needed. Navarre is absolutely perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle and very relaxing.

We have stayed at this vacation rental over six times and plan an annual return as it accommodates my family as a reunion spot. Over the years we see the owner has pride in the upkeep and care of the property with new HVAC system, new appliances, some new furniture, new countertops and master bedroom new walk-in shower update. Beds should be next please!

We stayed a week in this amazing little gem, it had everything we could have possibly needed. The master bathroom and shower were amazing. It has close access to the beach, the deck is perfect to sit and relax on. The beds were some of the most comfortable that we have slept on, everything was so clean and organized. The girls in the office were so welcoming when we checked in. You are away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that it is just a short walk or ride to the pier and restaurants. We will definitely be back and would not think twice about booking this beautiful property again.

Great for a family, short walk to the water, plenty of room, nice kitchen for cooking, nicely decorated and management company is easy to work with. Loved the snacks and beach bag they had for us when we entered the house. Easy check in and out. Would definitely rent again!
