This house has it ALL - location, loaded kitchen, clean and well maintained, plus beach chairs, bicycles, and toys, toys, toys ! The elevator was icing on the cake to help bring up everything you have brought with you ! Could not have asked for a better stay !! Thanks so much - we will return !!!

We rent a beach house for the family every year and this was the first time we’ve stayed at this property. We give it a 10 rating. Our family of 13 had enough room to enjoy the nearby beach and spend time together. The only problem we had was the refrig ice maker made little or no ice but there was a portable ice maker that kept us supplied.

We had a wonderful 9-night stay at this beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home that has fantastic views and is an easy walk across the street to the beach! In addition to the large open concept living/dining/kitchen area, the 4 spacious bedrooms were great for everyone to 'escape' when needed, and it also has an elevator which was very helpful in hauling our stuff up and down, particularly when we checked in and out. As always, we picked up our fish at Joe Patti's and ate in most nights, and the kitchen is very well equipped. They have a 2nd fridge in the basement which is very helpful for add'l provisions and drinks. We used all 3 garages for our 2 cars and the golf cart we rented (from Sage rental) which was a blast and very helpful when we went to the public beach entrance with all of our gear. While we brought our own gear, they had numerous beach chairs and an umbrella in the large basement. The team at Paradise Beach was very responsive throughout, from pre-booking to check-out, and I'd highly recommend them and this beautiful home...we'll be coming back to this one!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and the beach chairs and kayaks were a lovely addition. Peaceful location and a short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend!

This beautiful home suited our needs completely. We are 3 small groups within one family and the house layout provided more than enough personal space for each. Although our visit was during wintertime and we were off season for the majority of the outdoor amenities, we were impressed with the provision of beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and bikes. The kitchen had everything one could need as well! The house is in a prime location at the very end of the Navarre Beach housing just as you enter the protected the seashore area. This provided for lovely views and wonderful bike rides. We plan to rent this property again next year for our annual getaway!

This is a beautiful, upscale house. Very nice, very comfortable. If I could suggest anything, I would add a small “landing” dock similar to the neighbors. Other than that, perfect!!!

This house is located perfectly between the sound and the beach. Our kids loved getting up in the morning and fishing from the seawall right at the back door, then heading to the pool just steps away. When time for the beach it's a short walk up the driveway and across the street.
The beach is almost private. Very little activity on that end because it is right next to the game reserve. The house is excellent with four bedrooms and four hallway bunks. Bottom floor has large garage storage with extra fridge. Elevator is nice to move luggage and supplies to the second and third floor. Golf cart was there but didn't look like it had been running for awhile. There was construction going next door and across the street,so it was a bit noisy and crowded. That should be done by late fall or winter. Biggest negative is the driveway was tricky. We got one vehicle stuck while backing out. Stay in the concrete and you'll be fine.
We had minor air conditioning issue and a dryer issue but the the property management took care ,surf, pool and sound from one place. Hard to beat!

This property was a PERFECT rental for our family who gathered at the beach in March 2022! This home is beautiful and accommodated our family of nine just perfectly. This is located right on the sound, and was a quick five minute walk to the Gulf Beach. This was a perfect beach location for our family, as it was not crowded, with beautiful white sands and an ample supply of shells. The location is great for privacy on the beach but a short drive to Destin or Pensacola for activities. The home is nicely furnished with all of the amenities you should need, including an elevator for moving your luggage and vacation needs. Our grandchildren loved the bunkbed space and each family had plenty of private space with their bedrooms and bathrooms. While there we enjoyed the restaurant Crabs on the Beach at Pensacola and beautiful family beach photos by Jessica Salort. Thank you, Paradise Beach Homes, for a WONDERFUL family vacation! LOVE IT!

Our 2 week visit to Navarre Beach and 7316 Spinnaker Ct was just what we needed. This house is beautiful and was perfect for my wife and I and another couple. The location was close to the beach for sunset walks and allowed us to relax away from the snow / cold in Wheaton, IL.

Overall, this is a beautiful property with an excellent location close to the beach as well as an absolutely beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound from the back porches. This house provided adequate sleeping arrangements as well as spacious gathering areas. We loved that every bedroom had a private bathroom attached and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. David from Paradise Beach homes was a spectacular host and was very attentive to our needs during the stay.
I would be remise if I did not share that if you have pet allergies, this may not be the best property for you. We own pets so we did not think twice about renting a pet friendly property, however, a family member suffered an allergy reaction after sitting on the sofa the first night we were there. When we brought this up to David, he apologized and informed us that if we wanted to stay in a property of theirs again, to just let him know ahead of time and he would put extra cleaning procedures in place. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with Paradise Beach Homes and would absolutely rent from them again!

This home was fantastic! The home had amazing views of the bay, and was a very short walk to the beach.
The home was in fantastic condition.
The only thing I would suggest is to add an additional refrigerator in the basement, for extra storage.

We arrived to the vacation spot early and after contacting the office they were able to get us in shortly after. The house was stunning and everything was very clean nicely arranged. The welcome basket was a nice surprise also. The pool is an option for those very windy days also. Overall, we had great weather, stayed in an amazing house with great ocean views and had an unforgettable vacation!! Hope to come back soon!!

Our family of four and our doodle had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The views of the water from the home were beautiful and the beach is just a few steps away from the front entrance of the small subdivision. Each of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom which allowed my young adult children the privacy they needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook some nice dinners at the house. We were able to watch the sunset from the third floor balcony each night with a glass of wine. Thank you for sharing this special home with us.

We cannot say enough about this property. If we could have stayed through Thanksgiving, we would have. The location is perfect as it was an easy walk with two toddlers to cross the street to the beach but also, you have the sound which the kids were just as excited to run around on like our own private beach. The property was clean and it had more than we needed. The elevator was a definite plus and the owner outfitted the house with fun things like kayaks and bikes. Melissa and Kayla were so responsive to any last minute questions and were on top of everything leading up to our stay. We will definitely try and book this property again!

It was our first time in Navarre Beach and we will definitely be back. We weren't sure how it would go as it was after Hurricane Sally and the weekend of Hurricane Delta, which did not affect our stay. They did a great job of clean up from Sally, obviously many were still working on it.
This house was a perfect fall break stay for our two families (4 adults/4 kids ages 11-15). There was plenty of space and we loved the numerous balconies available for hanging out, reading, napping, and enjoying adult beverages. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed plus some.
Beds were comfortable, with plenty of extra linens, blankets, and pillows. We loved having a washer/dryer available, going home with clean clothes is always a plus.
The location was awesome; in gated community, one side backs up to the sound which was perfect for paddleboarding and kayaking. A quick walk out of the gate and across the street, we were at the ocean.

This house is Very large and accommodating. Very nicely decorated and was perfect for my family gathering. Location was better than Gulf front because of the use of the canal. So nice to have use fo the kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. My kids loved it! Could have use a few more rools of toilet paper and garbage bags but thats it! Wonderful place!

This house is awesome views from every room with decks. Decor is fabulous,specious rooms, very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. I’ve stay in Navarre beach the last 5 yrs in very nice houses & townhouse but this house far exceeds of the others. I would give this house a 10 star!

This home is amazing. We had our family vacation here last week and could not be more pleased. The house was immaculate. So clean and comfy. The balcony views were beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need for cooking (except a Pizza cutter, haha) The elevator was great for luggage, groceries and grandparents. The beach toys, wagons, kayaks, bicycles were an extra plus. We would have loved to have been able to use the golf cart (usage not available for guests), but the walk across to the beach wasn't bad at all. We had an amazing time, we will definitely book again, and my sisters family is going to too. haha
They came over from Pensacola to visit us and fell in love. Great Space for sure. Thanks for offering such a quality vacation home.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! From day one until the last day! I have never had a better experience from the rental agency, the property, the location, everything! It was perfect! There was an issue with the ice maker on the refrigerator, but Paradise Home Rentals made this seem like a small hiccup. I am so impressed. We will be booking again for next year, and the next year, and many, many years to follow!

We loved the location of this house. Short walk to the beach(Gulf side) and great access to the Sound. There were kayaks and a paddle board at the house. It was so nice to have those to use. There were also wagons, toys and bikes at the property. Beach location was ideal, really quiet part of the beach. The porches on this house were awesome. The golf cart provided was really nice too. The only issue was with the elevator, which was addressed in a few days.

We loved this property! Beautifully decorated, very spacious, and clean. This was the first time we had stayed on the bay side and we loved it. We could see and hear the ocean from the side balcony and on the back balcony we were surrounded by the beautiful bay. It was a very short walk to the beach. Top notch furnishings in this house. We loved being right next to the National Seashore.

Our stay on Navarre Beach was really ideal. The home sits on the bay and there is easy access for kayaking and paddleboarding. Our kids enjoyed the bay side as much as the gulf side! There is a large sand bar for shallow water paddling and water play over a large area. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Lots of room, very clean, very high end details everywhere. The master bath tub was to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already booked another week for our next trip to beautiful Navarre Beach!
