The 3 bedroom/4 bath home had everything we needed for a memorable North Shore vacation. Pacific Ocean views, hot tub/pool, beach gear, bikes, well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Property management company was very responsive and even offered an affordable early checkin option.

This house is fabulous!
The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. There are ceiling fans and a wonderful cross breeze.
It was very nice to have 3 full suites for us, and the addrd bathroom helped too,
The location is perfect! Close to walk to things like the beach and Queens Bath and close to the grocery store and Hanalei.
The view from every room is spectacular- we had a wonderful time and would come again!

We had such a great time at this property. The views were amazing from every room. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach towels. It was so nice have a cooler and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use! Beds were comfortable and the how was very nice and breezy at night. Showers/bathrooms a little small but not a big deal with how great everything else was! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again! It made our trip to the north shore unforgettable!

We live on-island but had family visiting so this was the perfect stay-cation house for us. It was large enough for everyone to spread out and yet cozy w/ different zones that we could all come together for dinners, games, pool time, etc. It was perfect for our family and extended family. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in this rental. Everything was beautiful, in good condition and exactly as advertised. The view was wonderful and we were lulled to sleep every night with the sound of the surf.

Everything about the experience exceeded expectations. The house is spectacular and well stocked with beach amenities. Full well stocked kitchen with everything you need. View is unbelievable. “Secret beach” is worth the walk to. Highly recommend

We were a group of two adult couples staying at this property for four nights and had the most amazing time. The house is beautiful with all that you need to have a lovely stay. We cooked several meals while there and found the kitchen to be well-stocked for our purposes.
The integration of the outdoors in the living area makes this house truly special. The sliding doors off the main living area we kept open all the time, and that created a lovely breeze throughout the house that kept us cool. No need for air conditioning (and we were there in mid-July!) The pool and hot tub area had the most amazing view and a lot of privacy.
You can walk to the beach from this house by hiking down a trail that takes about 10 minutes. The trail itself is a little steep and might be a challenge for those with mobility issues.
The bathrooms in this house had small showers, which is my only critique. However there was a nice, big bathtub in one of the master baths.

We loved Keoniana Kai! Some of the best views I’ve seen on island and I have been all over. Wide ocean views from all 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. Pool and hot tub (which heated up super fast) overlook ocean, very relaxing. Well stocked kitchen and beach supplies, they thought of everything. Very very clean. Also a bonus Tv room well furnished with extra full bath! Property manager very responsive to any questions I had. Location is great, right in Princeville’s North shore, Foodland nearby, close to Kilauea and Hanalei. Quiet street, very private and beautiful. We will return!

I have stayed in many vacation rentals; Keoniana Kai was the best I have ever experienced! The location is amazing (we watched whales breaching in the ocean from the upper deck). It’s also a nice walk, moderately rugged, to a wonderfully not-crowded beach. We saw sea turtles on multiple days while snorkeling and just walking along the path. In addition, everything in the house was clean and functional. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough dishes and cookware to meet our needs when eating in. The beds were very comfortable. Waking up in the morning to ocean waves and birdsong (roosters crowing too, of course ��) was very relaxing. The spa was in good working order and simple to operate (just a push of 1 button) and only took about 15 minutes to come up to temperature. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom plus there’s a 4th full bathroom just off the family room. The bathrooms are small but have everything needed. The Princeville shopping area is a 30-minute walk (5-minute drive) from the house so several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay in this house again.

First off what a amazing property, we have been vacationing in the islands for years and this property embodies what a Hawaiian feeling vacation house should. Amazing breeze’s though out the house and a amazing view. The secluded beach was a 10 minute hike from the front door and became the daily work out walking down the path everyday and night. Amazing reef for snorkeling and when the tide was out watching locals spearfish was amazing. This place is amazing and we will definitely return and stay again.

Wonderful experience at this rental. Convenient location to shops, restaurants, hiking, and many other things to do. Clean when we arrived, pool was perfect for those hot days, and the sliding doors were so inviting that we had them open most of the time! Will come back again soon!

We loved this house! It was a perfect location for our family. There were six of us staying at the house and it was more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kids liked the pool the best while we were particularly fond of the patio and the balcony off the kitchen. Everyone loved the beach access just below the house. The house was well stocked, and super clean. The management company checked on us often but we had zero issues. I would highly recommend both this property as well as the management company.

We loved our stay at Keoniana Kai. We had high expectations coming and in and somehow our stay was even better than expected. You cannot beat the view from basically every room in the house. And the fact that there is a great snorkeling beach just a five minute walk way only makes things better. I wish we will be able to repeat our stay soon.

Great house to stay in on the north shore of Kauai. Ideally located with beautiful views over the ocean from a high cliff. House has a that authentic Hanalei bungalow feel, nicely furnished and well equipped. Nice plunge pool/hot tub overlooking the ocean. Only minor thing which could be better was the bathrooms are kind of small and feel cramped, but again a minor issue. As was noted in the proper description, there is a trail which goes down to the beach which people access by walking along the driveway of the property. Not that big of a deal since it is in the front of the house. Back of the property where the patio and pool are is very private. I would definitely stay there again.
