Welcome to "Turtle Watch", a newly renovated and coastal inspired oceanside 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This condo is the most desired location in the entire building. The beachfront oversized patio allows you to see over the dunes and has a pool view in addition to providing breathtaking sunset views. Being on the west end allows for additional privacy off the front entry with room to store beach chairs and umbrellas. Only being 4 floors up you can easily skip the elevator.
The kitchen has been expanded to include white shaker soft close cabinets and drawers, marble countertops, tiled backsplash and everything needed to prepare and enjoy a great meal. There are two barstools as well as seating for 4 at the dining table.
The living room includes a Queen sized sofa bed, large Smart TV and plenty of room to relax. The mirrored walls in the living and dining area reflect the beach and sky to brighten the space. There are floor to ceiling windows in the main living space and master bedroom with access to the tiled patio which allow for those great Gulf views and plenty of light.
The flooring features tile throughout that resembles hardwood, adding a touch of elegance to the space. Beautiful and thoughtfully placed area rugs soften the rooms for additional comfort.
The primary suite is designed with comfort in mind offering a comfortable Serta King mattress with crisp linens. There are multiple charging stations, 2 side tables with lamps, TV and a large closet with additional shelving. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, Smart TV and an attached private bath.
Both baths have been recently updated with fresh granite countertops, cabinets, glass shower doors and fully tiled walls.
