The full kitchen features full-size appliances, as well as a breakfast bar perfect for casual meals before heading down to the beach. The condo is completely oceanfront, so it won't be far to walk. The private washer/dryer set will ensure that your bathing suit is ready when you are. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for guest comfort, and room-darkening shades provide a peaceful sleep. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower during their stay. THINGS TO KNOW There is ongoing construction occurring on the ground floor. No amenities are affected, but noise such as hammering may be audible. The work typically occurs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The construction is almost finished, but there isn't an exact end date. A surfboard and boogie board are available for guest use. No golf carts, trailers, jet skis, or boats allowed. The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space.
