This two-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the second floor and offers Gulf-front living with amazing views of the Emerald Coast. Tile flooring in the well-equipped kitchen and living areas create a comfortable and bright feel. When you aren't at the condo, each guest will be able to use their day for activities such as lounging by the pool, playing tennis or pickleball at the on-site courts, or beachcombing the shore! Within walking distance of this condo, you can explore a plethora of boutiques, cafes, and restaurants right across the street at The Merchants of Seacrest Beach. Take a drive up the coast to the famous Pier Park. Here you will be able to shop at all of your favorite stores and experience the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. They will move to Building 2, 1, and then the East building. April 15, 2024, a crew will start in Building 3 to move HVAC vents & Sprinkler piping. Then move around to Buildings 2, 1, and East building. A crew will start demoing the floors on this day. They will begin in Building 2 and move to Building 1, East, and then 3. There will be a crew working on floors to prepare to lay tile, the crew will then start framing, hanging sheetrock, and laying tile. This all should be completed by Memorial Day. As for the West building, there will be minimal impacts to guests accessing their vacation rentals. There may be minimal time where the elevators are down while tile is being removed.
