The coastal tones and bright ambiance of this condo will allow your mind to slip into vacation mode immediately. Walk out to the furnished balcony and feel the salty breeze in your hair and the warmth of the Florida sun on your skin. You won't be able to stay inside long, as all of the onsite amenities are waiting just outside your door. You will have access to tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts, a lazy river pool, a playground for the little ones, and a path leading straight to the waters of the Gulf! After everyone is winding down and gathered back at home base, head into the full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar to cook up a delicious dinner while still being able to visit with loved ones! There are memories just waiting to be made at this beautiful retreat. Though you will want to spend most of your days relaxing by the water, there is a lot to see nearby. Just across the street is an adorable shopping area with local boutiques and charming cafes. Drive a few miles up the coast and you will find Carillo Beach and Camp Helen State Park where you can rent a kayak or hike around the various trails for some serene time alone. A few more miles up the road, you will arrive at Pier Park, the biggest shopping hub in Panama City. If golf is your game, Camp Creek Golf Club is just two miles in the opposite direction as well. They will move to Building 2, 1, and then the East building. April 15, 2024, a crew will start in Building 3 to move HVAC vents & Sprinkler piping. Then move around to Buildings 2, 1, and East building. A crew will start demoing the floors on this day. They will begin in Building 2 and move to Building 1, East, and then 3. There will be a crew working on floors to prepare to lay tile, the crew will then start framing, hanging sheetrock, and laying tile. This all should be completed by Memorial Day. As for the West building, there will be minimal impacts to guests accessing their vacation rentals. There may be minimal time where the elevators are down while tile is being removed.
