For your convenience, there’s a washer/dryer and plenty of storage for your beach chairs and sand toys. Enjoy a quiet glass of wine or coffee in comfort out on the private balcony while you research the area's best restaurants with the free WiFi. If you want to get in some great nature, you don't have to look any farther than Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, just three miles west of you, where all kinds of great water activities await. Paddleboard, canoe, or kayak over Campbell Lake. There are a ton of fantastic saltwater fish like Spanish mackerel, redfish, and pompano, and you might just catch a glimpse of a whitetail deer, and see some dolphins at the waterline and shorebirds skating along the waves. At Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, nature lovers can also spot a variety of rare birds. It's all just four and a half miles west. Things to Know This complex has ongoing construction. Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). Balconies will be closed until 3/31/2025 (subject to change) due to construction. You will not be able to access the balconies. The daily timeframe will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays). Tennis Courts will be down for 3 months starting January 1, 2025. Elevator will be down through 3/1/2025. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
