You'll be walking distance to SOHO Beach clothing boutiques, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Artist At Gulf Place, 30A Store at Gulf Place, and lots of weekly live shows. Want even more? Things to Know This complex has ongoing construction. Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). Balconies will be closed until 3/31/2025 (subject to change) due to construction. You will not be able to access the balconies. The daily timeframe will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays). Tennis Courts will be down for 3 months starting January 1, 2025. Elevator will be down through 3/1/2025. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
