Beachside Villas 1121 is a bright and sunny condominium with three bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. This second-floor coastal chic unit is fully stocked with everything needed for the perfect beach getaway. Inside, you’ll find beachy decor scattered throughout and cozy spaces filled with new, comfortable furniture. The living room is open and airy, with cozy furnishings and a large sliding glass door offering loads of natural light. The fully appointed kitchen offers up plenty of cabinet and counter space with everything needed to prepare snacks for the beach or pool. Enjoy delicious meals or a friendly card game at the dining table with seating for six or hang out at the breakfast bar with your morning coffee. Catch breathtaking sunsets on the private balcony with a glass of wine and, when the day comes to a close, head back inside for a restful night’s sleep. Retire to the master suite, brimming with natural light, a king-sized bed, and access to the private balcony. A guest suite features a queen-sized bed with a flat-screen TV, while the last bedroom houses twin beds and a flat-screen TV. A stackable washer and dryer are nestled in the hall, making beach cleanup quick and easy.

You’ll find plenty to do at Beachside Villas, whether that be hanging out at the pool, playing a friendly game of tennis, or grilling up the day’s catch on the outdoor grills. Beachside Villas 1121 is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
