You will be “Charmed” by this quaint beach cottage located a short distance to the beach. This charming three bedroom house is all one level and offers partial views of the Gulf of Mexico from the rooftop deck. The children will love to play games outside in the spacious yard. The living room and dining room are great for your family to gather for wonderful meals or to share beach memories. Enjoy the 40” flat panel TV with DVD player in the living room, great for watching your favorite movie or the big game! The dining room has seating for six with two additional seats at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and dishes you will need. A full size washer and dryer room is located right of the kitchen. This house also features free wireless internet access. Charmed is located in a quiet neighborhood off of Highway 30A close to Eastern Lake. You are within walking/biking distance to many shops and restaurants and only two miles east of Seaside. Bring your bikes and enjoy the bike path that follows 30A.
