Pickle Factory

The Pickle Factory has an open kitchen, so diners can watch while the chef prepares the thin-crust brick-oven pizza that is the specialty of the house. Chef Fehr makes his own dough and sauce daily, and uses only freshly grated Parmesan cheese in his pizzas.
