Located in the highly sought-after Seacrest Beach community, this property offers direct access to the giant resort pool right in your backyard. The pool area features its own private gate and an amphitheater, providing a unique and enjoyable experience. Enjoy breathtaking views from the living area, back patio, and the master suite. Just a short walk, bike ride, or trolley trip (.3 miles) away, you'll find the pristine white-sanded beaches of the Gulf.
During your stay, you'll have the convenience of four Yolo brand fat tire bikes to explore the area. If you need additional bikes, feel free to reach out to us for rental options.
The entire second floor of this house is a luxurious master retreat. It features a spacious king-size bed, a comfortable sitting area, a private covered balcony, and an oversized bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity.

Beach Access:
Enjoy free tram service from March to October, providing easy access to Sunset Beach, located across 30A. Simply walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup. The tram arrives within 15 minutes and runs seven days a week from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. The distance to the beach is only .3 miles, approximately a 6-minute walk.
Seacrest Beach II:
The highlight of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool, located right in your backyard. With its waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area, it offers the perfect setting for a day of relaxation and fun. Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, you'll find it hard to choose between this pool and the beautiful Gulf. Seacrest Beach is also conveniently situated near other popular 30A communities such as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach. Explore a variety of shopping and dining options along the Gulf Coast, and take advantage of the 19-mile paved bike path that runs parallel to scenic Highway 30A, making transportation a breeze.
