Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean Reef is under construction for the next few months. Repairs will be taking place on-site regarding damage from recent hurricanes and tropical storms. Workers will be present during standard hours each weekday, and there will be significant noise disturbances, dust/debris, and blockage during this process. Disruptions may extend to the parking lot, common areas, amenities, and balconies. Workers may need access inside the condo as well. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.
