The only problem we had was that the guy with the beach chair rental would try to take the whole beach front. The people that brought their own chairs and umbrellas would have to be behind them. We had have to get our chairs and umbrellas set up before 6 every morning if we wanted in the front. There needs to be some compromising !!!

Beautiful beach view, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. Everything needed for cooking/bathing/etc.

Everything was great. The ocean house is a great Family experience right in the middle of Gulf Shores. This unit IMO is the best there is. It sits on the pool and has an awesome view of the beach. Plenty of room and very well located for going up and down. Great set up on the beach. I would recommend renting the Umbrella and chairs at the beach.

This company was very easy to work with. The maintenance staff was quick in responding to any requests.
The location of this vacation property was ideal. Beautiful views! Great beach locations.
The unit itself was nice. Comfortable feel.
However the furniture and the mattresses do need replacing.
Overall, we were very pleased.

Vacation rental was great. Plenty of room. Everything we needed. Zero entry pool great for our littles as well as the short boardwalk

It was great. The only issue was the horrible smell in the lobby while waiting on the elevators all week. The smell was very very bad. They did try to hind the smell which helped some. Just thankful that it was only in the lobby and elevator that you could smell it the worst. Otherwise our whole family had a wonderful vacation. Being right on the beach was awesome and having the pool was a big hit for the grandchildren.

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach and we had plenty of room for our family. Only issue we felt was the condo needs a good deep clean.

Great location, Condo and price. Super easy check in/check out process. That being said, they could really stand to repair the toilet seat in the hall bathroom.

Honestly if it wasn't for the amazing view of the ocean, I would be giving this property VERY poor reviews. For the price we paid for 7 days my family was very disappointed in this rental....loose floor tiles, bedroom doors not shutting, doorwall not shutting completely (3/4" gap at top)...main entrance door needs weather stripping so the wind doesn't constantly whistle thru the unit, there is much more needed here but these are the main issues

Sliding doors would not close completely. Huge gap at the top, needs updating, mattress in back bedroom is needing replacing, master shower doesn’t drain well. Needs a little attention to the overall room.
Would be extremely helpful to have to not use a key to enter room. Too hard to keep up with keys for teenagers.

Overall, we had a good experience; however, the actual beds (which were cheap & flimsy) and the mattresses could definitely use an upgrade! One bed was literally falling apart in front bedroom suite. The springs in the other king mattress were worn.

I love de location front the beach, excellent apartment distribution and facilities. Easy check in and check out. The only thing was the building parking is expensive.

Dead bugs and animal droppings in cabinets. Stove is awful. Ants in Bathroom. Mattresses worn out. No shower in master suite.
