LIVING AREAS
Cool tiled floors feature throughout a spacious and open living area. Theres plenty of comfy seating including a sleeper sofa and a 37 flatscreen TV.
KITCHEN amp DINING
Cook crowdpleasing meals in the wellequipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances, as well as ample counter and cabinet space.
Enjoy predinner drinks at the twoperson kitchen bar. Adjacent, a beautiful wooden dining table seats 10.
BEDROOMS amp BATHS
This house sleeps up to 16 guests between six bedrooms and a queensize sleeper sofa in the living area.
The sprawling master bedroom boasts a stately king bed, 33 flatscreen TV, stylish sitting area, and a screenedin balcony with an amazing view of the bay. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, jetted tub, and huge walkin shower.
A spacious second master bedroom comes with a king bed, 40 flatscreen TV, and private balcony with dreamy bay views. An ensuite bathroom has a jetted tub and separate walkin shower.
The third bedroom is appointed with a twin daybed, while a fourth bedroom features a queen bed.
The fifth bedroom has three twinovertwin bunk beds, a 40 wallmounted TV, and private balcony overlooking the bay. Attached to this room, a sixth bedroom has a queen bed.
There are two guest bathrooms one with a walkin shower, and another with a tubshower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
A private balcony off the kitchen has a patio table that seats four a lovely spot for morning coffee.
A separate screenedin porch has a bistro table with seating for two. From the main level kitchen porch and bedroom porch you can see the tennis court and small pool.
There are also a couple of charcoal grills available for guest use.

Complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washerdryer are provided. Theres parking for six vehicles, split evenly between the driveway and carport beneath the home. Please note Boat parking is only available in the 10 tall carport.

Please note that onsite parking is not allowed for RVs, trailers, fifth wheels, or fourwheelers.
A short set of steps leads up to the main entry door, and then an interior staircase leads up to the living area.
