This rental accommodated the 4 of us very well. The location was just right on the beach with easy access. The unit was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. The dryer was not working but was fixed quickly fortunately. Pros: location, quick response for maintenance issues of door key lock and dryer, easy check out. Cons: needs some cosmetic attention, elevator wait times and lack of pool rules enforcement for hot
tub.

Couldn’t have gone better! Excellent assistance with the tv (I believe it needed a hdmi cable-unsure. But they were very professional & came right away & wasn’t intrusive at all! Repaired the tv & left promptly! Thank you for a lovely stay in this beautiful condo! Thankful for you & the car parking pass!

Rental was perfect, right on the beach, very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back. One of our favorite rentals so far. My only suggestion is for them to upgrade the bathroom towels. The towels looked and felt like they came from a pay by the hour motel. Other than that, AWESOME!

We’ve stayed at this location before and both times had an elevator down. Very inconvenient when property is full.

Overall the stay was wonderful. The elevators could have been better they were super slow and always had a line. The entry door to our co do was super hard to open and close. The shower heads in both bathrooms sprayed so hard that if we we sunburned I don’t think we could have taken showers ��

We really enjoyed staying here, have no complaints at all! Be sure you ask the management company for most updated pin for pool and ocean access, the condo HOA must change it periodically and our papers had the wrong code

I stay at different condos 4 times a year. This one has the best view hands down. The condo is not unlike many others in design so it is nice to feel like coming home. HOWEVER! Inconvenience should not be experienced when a 4 night stay exceeds my monthly mortgage. Spring break and the beach was full this means this building has a lot of renters. We were down to one elevator so the wait to move between floors was unreal, one may have to ride down to go up because the wait was so long. Friday-NO ELEVATORS and rain so 13 flights to walk again. One lady slipped in the stairwell due to the dampness and broke her leg. Then back to one working elevator for the remainder. Many times having to pass the open elevator door due to over crowding including, An AC unit going up, A mini fridge and unknown furniture. The low stars are due to this issue not directed to the rental people nor the condo itself. I would recommend to a friend IF the rental agency warned of ongoing issues and fix dates. If I rented a car that wasn't in top shape, I would bring it back.

1st of all this condo is a wonderful condo. We stay at Crystal shores west 3 to 4 times a year and stay at different units. This unit I am reviewing is a very nice unit. However, the rental company is horrible. The lady at the front desk is the most rude human you will meet. Also when you rent from this company they automatically charge you for extra parking passes. I told them I did not need extra parking passes and they said just tell the lady when you pick up the keys and they will credit me. We arrived and told the lady whom said she could not credit me because she already wrote our room number on the piece of paper! I asked the lady what the code was to the pool and all she would say was everything is in the packet. The gate code was not in the packet but Robert the hotel attendant told us the code. Long story short the hotel in general is wonderful, but do not rent anything from this company. Also if you go to vrbo and rent from an individual then they email you a code to the door for entry. You do not have to go to a different location at a certain time and pick up keys and fool with a rental company, or get ripped off by a rental company.

Very nice unit! Very clean. Very easy to check in. Right on the beach. We rented two units. The other one had a storage unit with beach chairs, ice chest and lots of other beach toys. They also had simple things like coffee filters, sugar and cream packets. This unit had the bare minimum. It was a nice unit but it could be better with a $10 investment. Other than that it was a nice unit.

I only wish there was monitoring of the pool area. People let in others who aren't staying at Crystal Shores West. Kids dive off hot tub into the pool. It gets chaotic. But otherwise I love it.

The apartment was great, clean, and everything worked. Absolutely loved the location right on the water with no longs walk across a boardwalk or hot sand. If the elevator was more convenient (only one was working and it was super slow) it would have been absolutely perfect.
