Always great place to stay, we go 2-3 times a year and always stay at this condo, usually different rooms each time but never had a bad experience here. Staff is great very friendly and place is always clean!

Our vacation rental was the best experience! The condo was spacious enough for 4 adults and two children. The view from the balcony was perfect!! So beautiful to wake up to! The condo had everything we needed and the staff was very responsive! We are making this place our yearly rental!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was as listed. Stayed 4 nights with husband and 7 and 12 yr old daughters. The views were amazing and the location was perfect! Close enough to restaurants and convenience store but far enough from the major traffic. Steps from the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Our first time staying at the Nautilus was over 20 years ago. We have stayed other places however,we always seem to come back. The location is great, the beach views are like no other and there are many great restaurants nearby. The complex is smaller than most, well maintained and the staff are always accommodating and readily available. The condo was just as it was described with a wonderful view of the gulf. The Nautilus will continue to be our go to place on the beach.

Both elevators were working in September 2023. Building is right on the beach with easy boardwalk access (no gate or lock). There is a bin of beach chairs and toys by the boardwalk where people have left items you can use. New appliances in the condo. I was most impressed with the excellent communication from the from the property managers. I was very well informed of all procedures and what would be in the condo upon arrival. Unit 2708 is on the top (7th) floor. Amazing Gulf views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. The water is clear and beautiful. The sand is clean and white. We loved the free beach service. There is a bookshelf full of books in the office. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay during our son’s baseball tournament. The unit was comfortable, the building had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Gorgeous beach and the char and umbrella service was fantastic and convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had the perfect view! Very quiet complex, and pretty clean. There were a few issues housekeeping issues that need addressed. But we definitely plan to stay here again

This condo exceeded our expectations! From the very beginning. I accidently booked the wrong unit and the manager was super helpful in helping me correct my mistake. When we got there we let them know we were early but did not expect an early check in. We hung out at the beach and used the chairs that come a long with the rental which was great. While there, I got a text that our room was ready early! We went in and the condo was very nice and most importantly very clean! I was impressed by the whole place. The shower was amazing, they had everything we needed and even provided a full bucket of ice which was very appreciated for us beach goers. There was an abundance of extra blankets and pillows too. I feel they went above and beyond our needs. Its probably the best VRBO I have been to!

Everything was perfect except for the beds - broken headboards and hard, old mattresses. Despite that I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Quiet roomy great beach access close to everything

We were looking for a fun and relaxing stay and The Nautilus delivered. The view, the beach and location are great. Our unit had everything we needed,could use a few updates but overall great stay. The Nautilus staff were friendly and very attentive.
We'll definitely be back.

I was so impressed with the whole property. Beautiful pool area and easy walk right out to the beach. Our room was very clean and well kept. Loved having the Tom Thumb convenience store right next door to grab quick snacks and drinks. We will definitely stay at The Nautilus again!!!

As in years past the Nautilus is a great. Each condo. Proximity to the beach is a primary requirement and the nautilus certainly meets it. This is our 8th visit the rooms are always super clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and responsive. The only negative on this trip is the 2nd bedroom was listed as having 2 queen beds when they were actually full size. I think it's great the condo also supplied everything needed for grilling out (charcoal, lighter fluid, grill tools) and adding a third grill was nice too.

Unit has a great view and great location on the island. I loved having a Tom Thumb right next door. The walk to the beach was as short (or shorter) than any unit we have stayed in. Overall very pleased with this unit. The only criticism would be that some of the furniture was pretty out of date and a bit beat up.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time. This condo was amazing, the best view ever, the unit was clean along with the surrounding grounds, we meet several people that live there that was very helpful and nice. Beach access right at your finger tips. I'll be back!

Overall the place itself was great! But the room with king bed, the bed sheets looked dirty and turned on the wrong side. Soap lefted in the shower. Other than that it was nice.

Well, thanks to Sally, we were moved two times in our four night stay at the Nautilus. The first room acquired very loud fans to dry any mold potential, so we moved. The second room was booked for only two nights by mistake cuz it turned out the owners were coming in to look at the damage. So the fourth night we were put in the top floor penthouse. Too bad we couldn't have been there all along! What a unit. We loved the girls at the front desk. They were cool and calm in what was obviously a confusing time.

Overall we had a wonderful stay at Nautilus! The unit we stayed in was well furnished and had everything we needed. There were some minor issues within the unit itself, but the office was very quick to resolve them. The staff was friendly and the beach was beautiful. We will definitely be back!!

2708 exceeded our expectations. We had some minor issues when we arrived but got them fixed very soon. (Cable issues) the room was clean and had amazing views of the beautiful ocean. This was our 2nd time coming to nautilus and our 1st time staying in 2708. Oh definitely fit our family perfectly and had everything we needed inside! We will be back every soon!!!!

We booked our condo at Natilus about a week before our stay. From the beginning The staff went out of their at to accommodate - even going to specific rooms to check to ensure we had a pull out sofa bed.
The condo was clean and included everything we could need, even beach toys & boogie boards!
We were able to check in early and really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be returning!

First off, you are greeted by the wonderful staff that are so helpful with information about the city. Secondly,you walk into the room and meet such a stunning view of the ocean! The room was clean and furniture perfectly.The furniture could stand to be replaced due to obvious use. Other that, it was a wonderful stay and experience for the family. Here are somethings that stood out on this trip: we woke one morning to a flat tire, the staff assisted with airing the tire and gave us the address to Tire Plus, which got us back to enjoying our trip. The staff also gave us suggestions on places to eat. All of the places were ABSOLUTELY wonderful and AFFORDABLE! We took one afternoon and ate at AJ's beach & bar- mistake to eat there. We had burgers and fries and I kid you not, it cost us $85. The next day we ate at Whataburger and those burgers and fries were way better that AJ's and not to mention way cheaper! The staff at the Nautilus is what made our trip what it was. We would have been in real trouble with our van. Not to mention, the awesome food that we experience. The beach was wonderful, but if we didn't have your staff for their help, we wouldn't have enjoyed it.

We rented unit 2708 for a 4 night stay in November . The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. My husband is an engineering manager at a worldwide resort and he generally picks a part all the issues at places we stay. He said everything was in good shape and there were very few maintenance issues.

The view is totally worth it. Hearing the waves crash as I'm laying down to go to sleep and the first thing I heat as I wake up. The toilets seemed to be a tad small, but I don't really have any complaints. We enjoyed our weekend getaway

We came for our first anniversary and our somewhat high expectations were met. The staff was friendly, the room was actually larger than what the pictures showed. We were close to great restaurants and Destin as well. The only real negative was the master bed literally folded up into a “V” when I’m use which made it very uncomfortable each night. Side note: the beach staff need to enforce people NOT feeding the seagulls - it makes the experience less enjoyable. Overall I’d give Nautilus a solid 4/5 stars for the price you pay. Very reasonable, great location and a quiet/safe place to stay!

We have stayed at Nautilus before and love the location and property in general. One of the Nautilus staff members in the Office was NOT the most welcoming or nice, but everyone else was great! We will definitely stay here again!

Great condo with plenty of amenities. Had a few questions for the office and answered with no problem. Maintenance crew was great. We had a facet break and they were there to fix within minutes. Pool and beach access was always clean. Room had a better view then had expected. Overall very pleased and would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the location. Loved the access to the beach and having our own beach service included. The condo was nice and clean. The only issues we had was the beds were very uncomfortable and mattresses were very hard in both rooms. We did not sleep well at all. Overall it was still a great place to stay

good first day 2nd day got back from beach that evening water all in living room and kitchen floor had to wear shoes very slick 3rd day went down and spoke with office about it 4th day the air condition quit about mid night 80 degrees in room.i thought the beach chairs and umbrellas where first come first serve with option to get another one when asked for still had to pay Good Price to get two
