We loved the view and accommodations. Everything was there and in like new conditions.Great walks on the beach and quiet surroundings. Pool was heated and relaxing. Anytime I had a question or concern it was immediately addressed with quick responses. Was concerned about arriving late and getting to Nautilus with the code but it all worked so smoothly we would come again.

Love staying here. It’s our 4th year for vacation here and it’s great. Always clean and management is always helpful and friendly. Pool is always clean. Great location not too busy but close to a lot of things. Thank you for a great vacation!!

My family loved our stay at Nautilus! 2611 was the perfect condo for us. The entire condo makes you feel no matter where you are, you are always on a balcony. We loved the convenience of the elevator right outside our door. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows looking out to the bay and the ocean. Definitely one of my favorite bedrooms that I have had the pleasure of waking up in. The condo is so close to everything and so quiet. We even lucked out with the perfect day to take an excursion to Crab Island and highly recommend Happy’s for the experience & price! Having the chairs and umbrella on the beach each day was a major plus and they even have kayaks you can rent cheaper than most places on the island. We can’t wait to return again*

Condo was very clean, spacious for our family of 3, beds were very comfortable, loved being able to see the beach from our balcony. I loved how the Condo is conveniently located to several restaurants,great location and well maintained.

Wonderful time spent with grandkids! Condo was more than expected with a great view! Clean and provided everything we needed! Melissa was very accommodating with the keypad issue! Would definitely return to the Nautilus!

We stayed in unit 2611. We had a side veiw of the ocean with a rap around patio. 2 bedroom and 2 baths. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of no casserole pan, but we just got disposable metal ones. The office workers were very helpful and nice. The condominium also had floats,chairs and toys for the kids. Overall it was a great experience and I will rent from them again.

A very clean and convenient location. Beaches were perfect and the building was quiet. Great view of the gulf.
Only drawback was the 2nd room-the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and the provided pillows were very flat. Bring your own if you are pillow picky��

My husband and I have been renting from a private owner at the Nautilus for several years! This was our first time renting thru Nautilus and we would highly recommend! Very clean, had what we needed and the office ladies are so great! Overall this was a very easy rental experience and we are planning on returning again next year! We have stayed many places along the gulf and Nautilus will always be our favorite!!

Property is in a good location and the unit is in the perfect spot not to be ocean front to see as much of the ocean as possible compared to some other units within the building. If you are looking for a quieter condo on the island with good views & amenities this is the spot.

We had a very good overall stay. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were very good and the workers were very nice and accommodating. The main inconvenience was the elevators. The south elevator didn’t work the whole time we were there and the north stopped working on our last day.

Booked late all gulf front condos were booked they are our favorite 1704 1702 however this unit was nice The staff at the nautilus are outstanding very helpful our stay was great the beach service always had our chairs and umbrella ready! Outstanding sunset views.

The unit itself needs a deep clean. The doors had stains on them, light fixtures very dusty, garbage under the bed and pull out sofa. Great view and location with beach service was a plus. Pool is simple but our kids loved it. Elevators working was hit or miss.

visited during the month of April and the condo was very nice and clean and it was also nice not having to wait on the elevator. Parking spots were all close to the elevator. If you are dining out there are several great places to eat nearby. The heated pool was a very nice asset as well.

Nautilus Condo offered the relaxing experience my family needed. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need and the washer dryer was a bonus. The views of the beach were amazing, when we went in March the balcony gets sun in the morning, rather than the afternoon. I regret not getting a rental car as it is just outside of walking distance to the restaurants and entertainment, but we managed with friends driving us.

Our stay in unit #2611 had nice view. While some of the amenities were missing or not working properly, the guest service personnel were top notch!
A blow dryer was missing from the unit... they found me one. The tv in the master bedroom was not working but I didn’t watch it anyway. They were trying to repair it but Hurricane Sally did a number on some of the units. I was forewarned about damages to the unit prior to my arrival. Overall I would stay here again because of the hospitality Destiny showed throughout my booking and stay.
The big con for the property was the roach issue. They did have an exterminator come during our stay though.
