Our condo felt cozy and secure, like home! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!! We were literally ON THE BEACH! The views at dawn and dusk were picture perfect. We found our new “home away from home” when visiting Ft Walton Beach!

We come back to the property every year because the property managers are very nice and accommodating. The property is right on the beach and there is beach service. The unit was well maintained and stocked.

We traveled with my mother and our 7 year old daughter. Everyone had their own bed, the kitchen was fully furnished and the master bathroom was beautiful!

It was wonderful, our family had 3 condos. 2 gulf view and 1 ocean view, it was so fun to all be so close together and just to be able to walk out onto the beach was amazing. Then at night, we all met in the ocean view condo and ate and played games with the kids and/or sitting on the deck to watch the sun go down. There was a full moon and the light just shimmered off the ocean! The Nautilus condos are updated and Well taken care of and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we are all hoping to come back next year! 5 star vacation! ������

The condo was great! It was updated well, very clean, and spacious. The view of the ocean was great. Loved having the beach service and being walking distance to the pier. We got to the property hours early and were able to check right in since our room was ready. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything, from choosing the unit on the website, to checking out was very easy. The Nautilus staff keep us up to date before our check-in day through emails and texts. We had all the information that we needed by the time we arrived so there were no questions about room access, beach information, etc. The unit itself had the best stocked kitchen of anyplace we have ever stayed, with pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The view of the gulf was good. Beach access was easy. Everything outside was well maintained.

We had an awesome stay at 2308! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and met all our needs. This is our second year staying at Nautilus and we will definitely keep coming back for our future vacations! Very, very friendly staff! Perfect in every way!!

The Nautilus has been our go to vacation spot for years! This was our 1st stay in 2308 and it was wonderful! Great location close to elevator with a great view of the beach from the balcony. Fully stocked kitchen and we cooked a lot! They have a Keurig which isn't listed in description, but was a plus for us! The beds are firm. The master shower is amazing! The decor is beautiful and relaxing. Very clean. The walk to beach is short, which was good for my bum knees! Having the chairs and umbrellas is a huge plus!!! Melissa was very helpful and friendly, she even served popcorn one day next to the pool!
As you can tell, I would definitely recommend The Nautilus and this condo! ��

We stayed for a week and it was a great location! We really enjoyed the view. Clean when we got there and ready on time. The pool was very nice.
Only complaint would be the sheets on the bed not fitting correctly. The fitted sheet on the king came off every night...
We would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay! Management was great. Air conditioning was superb which is important in Florida. Beautiful kitchen and decor was good also. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Would happily book this condo again. It was a plus that it was on the east side and the sun didn’t beam in at sunset and get hot!

The condo was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. It was really clean and the location was perfect. We could see the fireworks from the pier on the balcony. Our family enjoyed one of the best vacation we’ve had and can’t wait to come back.

This condo looks exactly like the pictures. Definitely would stay here again! It was very clean and updated and the view of the ocean out the bedroom and living room were beautiful. We could sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swimming by every morning. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Very beautiful condo. Nice decor and great layout. Comfortable furniture. Great view even though it isn’t on the gulf side. Had everything we needed. Great staff! Nice pool and great beach access. We will definitely be back!

The room was as just as beautiful as the pictures portray. The place was very clean, airy, comfy and well equipped for home away from home. We could see the ocean every morning. The washer and dryer in room was great! The kitchen is spacious for gathering, there is plenty of room everywhere! The beds are comfortable and the decor is perfect for the beach condo. I could so live here.

Lovely condo, had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Family friendly and great location. Only complaint is we needed trash bags, they only supply two and then want you to take all the trash out before you leave. But I will absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and smelled great. Everything was perfect and looked brand new. The view was amazing even for the gulf view not guilt front. Definitely will stay here again. Depending on which condo you get depends on furnishings since they are privately owned.

This unit was acceptable, but could use some updating. The ice machine was disconnected and had a horrible odor when the door was opened.

The property was in a good location and close to a lot of good places to eat. I would definitely stay at this complex again just not the unit. Everything was nice in the unit except for the FR and patio furniture not as shown in picture. FR was old and very worn and patio furniture the same. Although beds were very comfortable. Staff were great to work with.

Our unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The view was beautiful from the balcony. Only suggestions I would make is that the shower curtains need to be changed and the sofa bed could use a topper. They were clean but were showing their age. I know most sofa beds a terrible but this one was super thins. Chandler on the beach was great. Office staff and maintenance were also very friendly and helpful.

Condo was wonderful! Great location...Bed's were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful for any questions we had while we were there. The condo had everything we needed to make a GREAT family vacation.. We would definitely pick this unit again..The pool was very clean and free floats available :)..
