Condo complex was very nice. The unit was clean, well maintained and had every small appliance you could want including a margarita machine! Comfortable seating and plenty of it! Beds were very comfortable, slept very well each night which is something I don’t usually do. The view was fantastic from balcony to horizon. Will stay here again & would recommend to all

Fantastic time on the beach with the family, all thanks to a luxury condo with all the amenities one could ever want! For a family of five, this unit had all the space we needed and more. The kitchen is large and accommodating. The back patio facing the beach made for wonderful sunrises with coffee and late night chats with friends. Property management onsite is very responsive and friendly. We could text them with any questions or request and they were very prompt with replies. Property description, location, and layout with amenities were all accurate. We will definitely be back next year!

Apartment was beautiful. Kitchen could use a few new pans, but everything else was very nice. I could tell the apartment owners care about their apartment. Would stay here again, except a little pricey.

Always enjoyed staying here. Easy in and out. Easy beach access,and beautiful view. First time in this particular unit. Stayed in 1702 and both are very nice. Think we liked this one better. Would of loved to have stayed longer.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our Fort Walton vacation. We had 5 females who stayed. The size was perfect for us. The 2.5 bathrooms was even better! And the location? Perfection! It is probably our favorite condo and beach we have ever stayed at. We definitely plan on being back!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful getaway at 1703 Nautilus. The online pictures were very accurate, the condo was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything you could possible need provided, except for spices, cooking oil, etc., which is clearly stated in the description. The manager was quick to respond to any issues, for instance, we had trouble figuring out the remotes for the TV, and maintenance was sent right away. We were close to our favorite restaurants, so that was also a bonus. I would highly recommend this condo and staying at the Nautilus!

This was my retirement gift to us as the last hurrah before no more paychecks :0)! I was not disappointed. The management staff is AWESOME!!! Natalie went above and beyond to bring us a bag of ice when we first arrived and learned there was no built-in ice maker. The only thing I would recomment is new cushions for the chaise lounges. Otherwise everything was perfect.

My husband and I's very first time renting a condo, and it was fabulous, we couldn't of asked for a nicer condo or a better view from the 7th floor, hoping to come back to Okaloosa Island in the future

We love the Nautilus and condo 1703 was the nicest and largest one there. Friendly staff, spotless condo and every small detail was just right. Large bath towels, plenty of kitchenware,very comfortable beds, and that wonderful balcony. Tvs in bedrooms not getting internet despite following on screen instructions but we only needed the working one in living room. Fabulous huge walk in shower was amazing. I would have preferred a tub in other bathroom to soak in but it also had a nice shower

1703 is a recently updated property and is so beautiful. I’ve stayed at the Nautilus for over 20 years and this condominium is by far my favorite. I particularly loved the electric recliner in the large gulf front/main bedroom. The shower in the main/gulf front bedroom is glorious. Of course it should go without saying, the view is breathtakingly spectacular. I returned home refreshed and renewed. I hope to have the opportunity to rent 1703 again. Thank you owners of 1703 for accommodating us; your rental property is beautiful.

We usually go to Mexico, but I found that I liked this property as much or more than some we've stayed at in Mexico. If I had a bigger family, I'd come here every summer b/c it would make more sense financially. The only problem we had was at check in- we didn't get into our room until after 5:00 pm on check in day, when we were supposed to be in by 3:00. Everything else was fantastic.

We had a great time! The beach was super close to the building. We loved keyless entry. Condo was spacious for 5 guests.
We didn’t have a broom in the condo. A broom or floor vac would have been a plus. The jets in the master bath tub did not work. We did let management know. These were not deal breakers for us. We will rent again in the future.

For our Annual Nautilus vacation we have been returning for almost 20 years to the Nautilus and have already booked for next October 1st to the 29 th in the same unit as we have for the past few years.
The most impressive thing that my wife mentioned is how good of a cleaning job the cleaners have done in our unit.
The unit is well kept, the office staff is most helpful and if we needed anything they were right on it.
As for me and my family we plan on returning each and every year and making great family memories!
I can definitely recommend the Nautilus to anyone and I have!!

We come here every other year for the past 6 years and every time we always have a enjoyable visit and experience. Linda and Jaime were very friendly and helpful. Condos were are always clean and very nicely decorated.

The Nautilaus Unit #1703 was very clean, decorated nicely, and had a large balcony with a stunning view. It was well equipped with all cooking supplies, bedding, and toiletries. The only complaints were that the walls are thin and it was noisy a couple nights and the sliding doors were extremely hard to open and close. The pillows need to be replaced. These are minor, though, and I would highly recommend this unit and would love to stay here again. The balcony alone makes this one incredible condo. The views are simply breathtaking! You can’t go wrong with this one.

Nautilus unit 1703 this was our 2nd years in this room. We were very happy with our stay. Have been going to Nautilus for the last 8 years staying in different rooms. Really love the views.
