The en-suite master bathroom includes a double vanity and an updated shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and intimate private balcony. A full guest bathroom features an updated tub/shower combination. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Located on the second floor, this condo is accessible via elevator or stairs.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.
We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.
