This beautiful, fifth floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, west indies style vacation rental unit include an upgraded kitchen with new appliances and fixtures, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both bathrooms have upgraded fixtures, cabinets and décor with the master bath having a walk in shower and the second bath with a tub. The living room has a large, HD flat screen TV, DVD player, VCR and a CD stereo system. The two bedrooms have TVs and the master bedroom has a DVD player. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
