Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025
The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

SunDestin Unit 1514 is a vibrant one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Cool off midst shades of sorbet in the open-concept living/dining unit with plenty of room for all! Cozy up on the couch or cushy side chairs and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. You’ll find the abundance of counter space in the fully-appointed kitchen makes meal prep quick and easy. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four or on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
