The tropical “surfer” inspired decor of this vacation unit invites you to “totally” relax. With patio doors in the bedroom and living area leading to a private balcony, there is an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico awaiting you. This unit also includes tile floors throughout the common areas and baths, a breakfast bar and Nespresso Espresso Machine, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The two baths are equipped with tub/shower combinations. The bedrooms and living room includes televisions and DVD players for your viewing pleasure. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024.
