Take a dip in the newly-renovated outdoor pool or chill surfside enjoying seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar, and a splash pad. Break from the Florida sunshine, head indoors and refresh in the indoor pool (heated seasonally), get a workout in at the fitness facility, and relax in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. SunDestin Unit 1404 is a beautifully decorated one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. You’ll welcome the refreshingly cheerful beachy decor in this inviting open-concept unit! Enjoy expansive views from the light and airy living/dining areas or venture onto the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. A mirror in the kitchen brings the beach view into this space as well to enjoy while preparing poolside snacks. Gather around the dining table, with seating for six, or lounge or on the cozy sofa. Slumber in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and huge flat-screen TV, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with king-sized bed and en suite bathroom.

SunDestin 1404 is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
