Sundestin Unit 1115 is directly on the beachfront with a fabulous coastline view from a private eleventh-floor balcony looking to the west! This unit sleeps six and offers an upscale contemporary coastal décor with new living room furnishings, updated kitchen & bath, as well as fine tile flooring. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, a large flat screen smart TV, a DVD player, and access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful Destin coastline. Prepare family meals in with the fully stocked upscale kitchen with full-size stainless appliances and a generous supply of housewares. The primary bedroom offers two queen beds with fine headboards, a flat-screen smart TV, a DVD, and separate access to the balcony. The primary bathroom is a Jack-n-Jill style bath and a half with a shower/tub combo accessible from the hallway and the primary bedroom. Please take in the sunsets in elegance and style at Sundestin Unit #1115. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024.
