SunDestin Unit 1010 is a spacious, fully-loaded one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Get cozy in this inviting retreat ready to welcome you with open arms right upon entrance! The fully-appointed kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space, ideal for food preparation and serving hors devours, tropical drinks, and three-course meals. The whole crew can enjoy a movie or game on the flat-screen TV in the living room or catch a one-of-a-kind Florida sunset on the private balcony! Sleeping options are plentiful with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, twin bunks nestled in the hall, and a king-sized bed in the private master suite, with a flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.
There’s no shortage of things to do in Destin and our centrally-located resort is right in the middle of everything. From pontoon boat rentals, to afternoon shopping, to local eateries, it’s all just minutes from property!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
