This beautiful gulf front unit includes floor to ceiling sliding glass doors from the great room to the private balcony. From this ninth floor balcony you can see for miles both east and west along Northwest Florida’s emerald coast, the most sparkling white sand in all of the state. The dining table has seating for four. A full kitchen with all white appliances, a coffee pot, toaster and blender plus all dishes, serving bowls, pots, pans and flatware needed to prepare a full meal while you are our guest. There are 1.5 baths for your convenience. This is 716 square feet of beach living at its very best. This tastefully appointed unit is perfect for a quick weekend getaway, a peaceful week for two or something in between just to catch up on building your tan. All Sundestin units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free. The property offers a smoking area for our guests who smoke to use during their stay.
