Located on shores of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort is right in the middle of everything Destin has to offer. There’s many on-site amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, a restaurant, and more. Seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, a splash pad, and beach chair and umbrella rentals. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24 hour desk in the lobby.
SunDestin 1001 is a spacious two-bedroom, two bath corner condo. Upon entry, you'll see the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and features stainless steel appliances. There’s seating for three at the bar and six at the dining room table. The sofa in the living area is a great spot to wind down after a day exploring the Destin area. Get a DVD in the lobby to enjoy- they’re included in your stay. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony with seating to enjoy morning coffee while taking in the panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom can be accessed from the balcony and has a king sized bed and an ensuite bath. The guest bed has two twin beds and a private bath as well. In the living room, the sofa turns into a queen-sized bed, meaning this two-bedroom condo sleeps six guests total; it’s a perfect family-friendly escape.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Less than five miles from SunDestin Beach Resort is multiple golf courses, restaurants, and attractions. Spend a day off the sand at Big Kahuna’s Waterpark or The Track Destin- they’re both less than a mile from the resort.
