This condo was very comfortable from the beds to the couch and recliner! It had everything we needed for our week stay. We will come back here next time! We have been coming to Destin for many years and this was the most comfortable condo we have stayed in.

We booked directly with Sandpiper thru Kirra. She was amazing. Customer service was great thru out trip. The grounds are in great shape and the condo was perfect. We will definitely try and book again when in the area.

The condo was great! It was clean and there were plenty of linens. I loved the master bathtub, layout of the condo and the location wasn't too bad (near a pool, little bit of a walk to the beach). The parking situation is the only flaw in this condo. I really loved the double bunk bed setup in the second bedroom. This is a perfect family-friendly condo. The washer/dryer worked really well. The balcony was oversized and the furniture was comfy. I loved that the condo came with a sand wagon and a bin of beach toys, chairs and floaties/etc.

I had the most amazing experience at this vacation rental. The front desk staff were amazing and so was the condo. It was clean and perfect for this trip. I want to stay here every time I come to Destin.

A few things need to be replaced like the sofa bed and bedroom tv’s but otherwise we really enjoyed our trip.

Pretty good. Did not have enough dish towels and could have more towels in second bedroom. Nicely renervated. Parking situation was difficult at times, especially when contractors would come in. Maybe special places for golf carts.

Nice layout, however, there were no sheets or pillow case for the hide a bed in the living room. The bed dips down at the head, so I put the back cushions under the mattress so I wasn’t sleeping downhill. The fridge was leaking water from beneath and was making some strange noises.
