The. Place is beautiful but you need a new bed for the room!,it feels broken bed! Besides the bed, the rest was great!

We really enjoyed the condo. Very clean and updated. The only downfall to it was the mattress is very uncomfortable. We actually slept in the pullout bed in the living room. Not ideal but it didn't hinder our trip at all. The location of the condo was perfect and as always had great food at Louisiana Lagniappe.

Ideal house for families with small children, you just need to cross the street to get to the beach, the area is strictly protected, the staff is very friendly. It only takes you a few minutes to eat, drink, have fun and shop. I will be back

Perfect weather for end of October And November, 75-80°. Clean condo, I would have liked a Swiffer to use since wood floors and sand comes in from beach. I stayed 2 weeks . A Rug in bathroom would be nicer too, it only had the hotel style bath rug, I asked to have another one for in the front of the sink and laundry said no. I really liked how you changed the studio into a bedroom! Condo updated really nice except for bath tub. I tried to stay again for January and February but I had to cancel my stay for the owner wanted it back. I will try another time. Very close to beach is a huge plus! Thank you sunny Florida.

Stayed for the weekend for a beach trip. Small, but very nice. Clean, close proximity to the beach. Check in process seamless, enjoyed having Louisiana Lagniappe on the property (EXCELLENT food!)

Booked a last minute trip for the kids and I, we loved it. It was relaxing and fun! Condo was clean, safe and close to everything. Shops and restaurants were close by, and best of all the beach was steps away! I felt safe and the kids had a blast, everyone was so friendly and there was a ton to do.

The place is very small but it worked. It was clean, right next to the pool, and just a short walk to the beach. Not having a washer/dryer was rough for a beach trip. The condo rate was good but when you factor in all the booking fees It’s not worth waking up without a beach view.

It was very clean and spacious for 4 people. Enjoyed the condo. Bathroom was very well lit and nothing was cramped. The only thing that I wished it had were more pans and drinking cups. Plenty of small coffee cups and everything else though.

This was our third time staying at Sandpiper, we love it! The gated community is beautifully kept. Everything from the heated pool and hot tubs to the short walk to the beach suits our style of vacationing. Location to shopping and restaurants is very nice, less than 10 minutes from all of our favorites. I always hate to leave, but can't wait to see you next year!

Our family always stays at Sandpiper Cove. This was our first time booking one of the studios and I was a little hesitant because of the smaller size. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the space and the privacy we had with this one. My 9 year old slept comfortably on the sofa every night; we never even used the sofa’s pull-out bed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again in the future.

We loved 8150 it was perfect for my family of four . The coffee pot is a small one but doesn’t need filters . The pool is directly across the front door of this unit :). Everything is conveniently located lots of restaurants to choose from . My boys love Mcquires but my husband and I prefer Capt Daves. The soda in this unit isn’t very comfortable so you may want to bring an air mattress. Also when ever you need fresh towels you will have to go to the linen swap to exchange your dirty ones . If you need TP or garbage bags you can just ask for these here as well . This is our second time staying at Sand Piper and will stay again . ������❤️����

Sandpiper Cove and this unit met all of our needs during our stay for my son's baseball tournament. Even though the unit can hold 4, I think it's a bit of stretch if it is 4 adults, but comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. It's a short walk to their private beach, which is very clean. The condo was very clean, nice amenities, and clearly well maintained. I have already recommended the property to a few friends when they head out there!

The toilet was stopped up everyday we were there, killed waterbugs the entire time and after dark all you could smell was sewage.

Coffee pot would fill only one cup.Smallest one I've ever seen.This condo doesn't offer beach chairs.All our friends had that amenity plus washer and dryer.

Great location, great stay, it was chilly at night wish we could have turned on the heat. Other than that it was wonderful place, clean and easy access to many places.

Great place to stay for a family of 4. Very close, walking distance to the beach perfect for walking with our 6 and 2 year old and carrying toys, coolers, bags. Umbrella and chair rental was great right in front of water (do have to get there by 9 a.m. to get in the front. Would go back and do recommend!

Sandpiper Cove was an awesome place to stay. The unit worked perfect for our family of 4. We will be back hopefully next year! My only complaint would be we were given the wrong Wi-Fi password and never got anyone to come check it out and give us the right one until 4 days into our stay. Also the towel holder in the bathroom was broken off the wall and just sitting on the sink counter.
