This was a great place to stay. Very close to the pool and very short walk to the beach. Close to several shopping places as well. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable but definitely would stay again so not a deal breaker!

Good value and proximity to the beach. Pool was right outside the unit which was great. Pullout sofa was uncomfortable.

Stayed here a couple of times prior to this trip because we love the location. However, we came in one afternoon and the air conditioner was off. I went to the office and the guy in there said they were closing in 5 minutes and there was nothing he could do today. It’s July! Really? He said he would turn the order in next morning. Well, I went back got the air to come on miraculously. We never had anyone come check the air the next day. Back at the office late that day I questioned the guy and he finally told me he had not turned in the request for service but would do it now. The next day no one ever showed up. It went out again. We left a day early.

My daughter and I made a late decision to get away from Chicagoland and go to Florida. We had never been to the Destin area so we decided to give it a shot. We absolutely fell in LOVE! The bonus is that the location of our rented condo was perfect at Sandpiper Cove. It was still a bit cool but the heated pool was awesome. Love that it was a gated community, directly across the street/an easy walk from the beach, check in and check out were easy with no issues and the condo was the perfect size with everything we needed. Work is being done by the association to update roofs and decking on the properties but they made us aware of that at check in and there were no construction noises that bothered us. I would most definitely rent again!

Great place to stay! Very close to beach and eateries. Only recommendation is there are a few things that need fixed in the condo. Could not hardly open sliding glass door, acted rusted?? SUPPLY paper towels!!! We would stay again!!

Condo was very clean when we arrived. The pool is right outside the back patio. The bed was very comfortable.The beach was just a short walk across the street.

Literally 4 minutes on foot to the beach. 7 minutes if you walk slow and have to wait for the light tot turn green to cross Gulf Shores Blvd. The condo itself was just what my family needed as far as space needed, the bed was comfy, Sandpiper had all the amenities we needed. While the condo was outdated it still had that quaint beachy feel you love. The tub was huge. Super clean.

Let me first say that I was so busy trying to book a vacation for the following 4 days that I was scrolling back and forth between two sites and several diffeee t condos that would meet the needs of our family of 4. I booked this condo but didn’t realize it had no bedrooms! So if you need privacy from kids or others do not book this ! The bed is in the living room and there is no separate room in the condo except the bathroom. AND you can talk in near whisper voice in the living room and if someone is in the bathroom they CAN HEAR EVERY WORD. Trust me, we found out the hard way ! LOL. Nonetheless thiscondo was clean and a few minutes away from the beach! We only had two problem; one of the burners not working when we cooked breakfast and the sewage smell that was so strong on the way to the beach each day... but besides that it’s perfect if you don’t need privacy from other guests staying with you! I stayed with my husband and two young sons and we enjoyed our vacation!

This property was so nice to be at close to the beach. It is raining while we were there but my son loved the pool. Beach was beautiful just wish we could have stayed longer. Cant wait for next years vacation it will be here at this location.

I was looking for something fairly inexpensive for a few nights and Sandpiper Cove had what I was looking for. We staying in a studio which was more than enough room for my wife, myself,!and our 2 children. The room was very nice, especially for the price in mid-June. It was also VERY clean! The staff was very polite and helped us with anything that we needed. The pool was right behind our room so we could go right out the back door to it. The beach was a little more of a walk being across the road, but wasn't to bad with 2 adults, a 5 year old and a 2 year old. If we go back as a family of 4 to Destin, then Sandpiper Cove will be our destination!

It was a good cute place to stay. It was a little smaller than expected and where I was was really close to a pool with screaming kids, but other than that it had everything I needed.
