One of the better 1br units we have stayed in.Very clean and updated except for the appliances.Very comfortable sofa bed which is rare.Great view with canal and par 3 golf course steps away.The only issue was the Queen bed was very firm.

Unit 1049 Sandpiper Cove was clean, had a great location on the property, quiet and friendly staff at the office as well as owner residents. Love the area and ease of check in and checkout .

We had a great stay for a short getaway. The place was clean, comfortable and close to beach access. I love that the beach chair rental was include with the out stay.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The patio area is amazing if you like to sit outside. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. It does need to have pot holders.
Arriving after dark made it difficult to locate the condo because the porch light was off and we could not see the numbers. We had to reset the wifi router multiple times daily.
We had a great time and the beach and weather was beautiful all week!

I stay here on my visits to Destin and I love it. It's walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and to the beach.

Relaxing and fun! A little far from the beach but able to drive there. No beach is as beautiful as the gulf waters. Our unit was great and we will be back.

The community is very clean and pleasant. It is very convenient and has several nice amenities. Condo 1040 could use more sheets, newer and more pillows.

Stayed 3 nights in our condo. Loved the decor and outline of the condo. Was very clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was sheets for the fold-out but was able to get them from housekeeping.

We enjoyed our relaxing get away to Destin! We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove many times and we were pleased with 1040. The beach setup made it even better.

We have extended family who gathers annually in Destin. On occasion, we will join them. This year we did. The unit is well maintained and perfect for just the two of us. It's an easy walk to the beach and having chairs reserved to use is a real plus. The location is convenient to surrounding establishments.

Upon arrival the check in process was very easy and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The condo was clean and exactly as the pictures on the website. Very comfortable accommodations and the complex was well groomed and maintained.

only problem was the door lock had some issues before they got it working but it was fine after that. One dresser drawer in bedroom was off the track and would not close. Minor issues. Your condo was great, very clean and I left it clean, I was the only one in the room and I really only used the fridge and bath and bed. My family had places on the ocean. when i return I will request 1040.

We loved the location, the condo had everything we needed and it was in good condition! The pull out bed is ok for kids but I don't think and adult will be comfortable. Everyone in the office were very helpful!

Condo 1040 was very clean, well organized and perfectly appointed. We used the pool, and it was clean and cool. The beach service included with this unit was a nice bonus which we enjoyed. We will definitely book this unit again for its wonderful deck with steps leading to the golf course and boat docks.

Pluses....Condo was clean and conveniently located, beach access was great as was the beach and the beach services.
Minuses...Need a room darkening shade in the bedroom it's super bright and 6 am, no "peephole"in the front door, shower head (rain style) was not good. Small things but somewhat annoying but would return to this complex.

This 1br was perfect for a getaway for my husband and I. We always pick a unit on the canal so we can have the boat access and this was our favorite! Very clean and updated furnishings. No complaints at all!

Our family had a great stay in Sandpiper Cove. We came to Destin for a nice stay, go to the beach, and go out to eat. We were just minutes from the beach and minutes from plenty of restaurants. The condo was nice and had ever thing we needed.

This is a ground floor unit located on the canal. We had easy access and were able to see our boat from the condo. The dock on this side is our favorite. We did not have trailer parking. We arrived in at he boat so that was no issue. Love Sandpiper Cove.

Really nice big, bright sunny deck and comfortable condo with king bed and all the kitchen utensils. Lots of storage and well appointed LR and DR. Big tv and played lots of free golf and tennis. Several heated pools close by and complimentary beach chairs on the private beach. FUN !

Had a wonderful time in Destin. Stayed in unit 1040. Very clean, updated, and cozy. The only negative was the unit does not have a washer and dryer. I would book this unit again. It was an extra bonus that the unit comes with chairs at the beach. This was a great service.

We spent 5 nights here with our two young children. This condo was perfect for our little family. It was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Getting to the beach was very easy...just a quick 2 minute drive across the street. We are already planning to stay in this condo unit next year when we go to Destin.

We had a wonderful time. What a great place for rest and relaxation. Sandpiper Cove has everything you need to enjoy your beach getaway with easy access to the beach and a variety of on site activities. We also enjoyed the proximity to the harbor where we spent most night enjoying the delicious local seafood. We can't speak for any of the other condos, but 1040 was spectacular and very clean. We had a beautiful view with the canal out back on hole #8 of the chip/par-3 course that we used daily. Great stay and will likely return.
