An exterior flight of stairs is required to access this one-level condo, which may not be suitable for all guests.
Please note that boat and trailer parking is strictly prohibited on-site. Failure to observe this ordinance will result in a guest fine of 100. Vessels are not allowed to moor at the dock unless a registration form and insurance documents are provided prior to arrival.
