Nice gulf facing property. Very responsive staff. The only thing that was difficult was we never figured out how to turn on the ceiling fan light. A minor incomvenience.

As always our experience was excellent. The room met all of our expectations and was well maintained. The staff has always been very helpful when needed and this trip was no exception.

Our stay was nice, except for a few hiccups along the way. The condo had clear and specific instructions about how to work the TV in the living room, but step # 1 was to use the Samsung remote. Though there were FIVE remotes in the living room, none of them were Samsung brand and though we tried to troubleshoot, we never could get the TV in the living room to work. Also, it would be nice if there were a washer/dryer in the unit. Also, the dish towels displayed on the kitchen counter were wet and smelled of mildew.

Upon checking in, we were told that the unit we had booked had issues with the AC not working and it was 85 degrees in the unit. After I got over being salty for not getting the unit we had originally booked, the Holiday Surf team offered us a different unit. I am so grateful that they were able to put us in a comparable unit, that more than likely, was even better than what we booked!! We will be back to Holiday Surf on our next trip to Destin!! Great accommodations, great location, great staff!! Thank you!!

The rental was nice overall. The picture is deceiving as the furniture is dirty and need to be replaced along with the rug under the table. The furniture in the guest room(dresser and nights stands)need to be replaced. Also I would suggest making sure the property/rental is cleaned well before guest arrive. We found hairs in what was suppose to be clean towels?

The location was great and the beach was very nice. The complimentary beach service was fantastic except it’s only complimentary for 2 chairs and an umbrella any more than that and it’s $10/day. Our unit needed some upgrades. Our A/C went out one night but got fixed the next day. There weren’t any pillows or blankets for the couch pull out. We had to go buy them at Walmart. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Overall the experience was great, however just a couple minor issues were noticed. The thermostat in our unit was very outdated to where you couldn't tell what temp it was in the room or what it was set to. Also not having a ceiling fan in the room was a negative. However the most negative thing was not having a washer/dryer in the room, and then having to PAY to wash/dry our laundry on top of that. I feel like the rooms could use some updating in general. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, location was great, outdoor areas were great.

The unit is very nice. This was our second year we have rented this unit for an extended period. It is a nice looking unit that is reasonably updated. Really like the two recliners that look out on the ocean. The outdoor furniture is top notch. This probably sounds picky, but we would really like to have the freezer fixed since you have to defrost it every three days...which is an annoying problem when you stay 1-2 months. We reported this to management last year but nothing was done. We reported it again this year. Otherwise it is a great unit and we really like the setting and the facility.

This is our 3rd time staying at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, a different condo each time. None of them have ever dissapointed. The kitchen is well stocked, a little too well in the dishes department, no one needs three full sets of dishes while on vacation. There was a lack of normal sized coffee mugs, only little fancy ones. There wasn't a hair dryer in the unit either, until one was delivered the last day we were there. The complex was completely booked the first half of our stay, but the condo was nice and quiet.

We have been going to the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for over 20 years. They've made lots of updates and the owners of our condo decorated it beautifully with updated kitchen and furniture. The property was clean and the beach was perfection. I would highly recommend this property for families.

Condo was very clean & had everything you needed. Sitting on the balcony every day was so nice-watching the boats leave the harbor,dolphins,& beautiful water.Management was very helpful & I definitely will be back
