We were very happy with our stay at HSR. The condo was the cleanest we have ever rented, it was stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient and close to many stores and restaurants. Everything was as pictured so no surprises. It was fun to borrow shuffle board equipment at no charge. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the beach staff was great. We had a wonderful stay.

We rented a beautiful unit at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for 10 glorious days in early March. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the beach. The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. They made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. Easy access to the beach with an attendant that set up our chairs and umbrella. We always felt safe as the property was gated. Close proximity to many restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this property.

We had an excellent experience in this condo, from the front desk, to the beautifully decorated condo, the amenities, the location, it was a wonderful trip for my family of 4. The condo was clean, pristine, and the decor was excellent. The owners have done a great job! Everyone at the front desk was helpful and sweet! We had a great time, my kiddos loved it and as parents, we felt they were safe to move about on their own. We would definitely go back!

Very much enjoyed our stay in Room 210 and this entire facility. Our experience with the beach/umbrella worker was TERRIBLE. He displayed rude behavior to 4 of us at different times/days. This would make me reconsider staying at this facility again. We have vacationed in Destin since 1990. I know there are more pleasant beach staff.

Had a wonderful time with the family. The condo is modern, tidy, comfy, convenient, and downright cute. Excellent decorations and amenities are on point. The parking is perfect. Nice pool, tennis courts, and great little gym. The beach is beautiful as always and conveniently located behind the hotel. Minimal walk. Complementary beach chairs are an added bonus. The resort is clean. Wife and boys loved it. Would stay there again.

Our unit was clean, comfortable, and updated just as pictured. It was 2 minutes from the pool and 2 minutes from the beach. It was close enough to major attractions in Destin; but, far enough from the major strip to feel detached. Would definitely stay again.

What a great location for a family getaway! The condo is lovely and comfortable. Being on the second floor was very convenient because we could use the stairs. The location is definitely family friendly and the pool is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.The only problem we had was that none of the tv remotes worked properly but we weren't there to watch television so not really a problem. The resort is conveniently located. It is far enough away from the main strip to be relaxing but close enough to everything like stores and restaurants.

This Crib was perfect for me and my kids and sister to get away for the weekend as we face challenging times across the nation. The resort was very clean and practice social distancing and was not over crowded and made us feel very welcome and at home on the beach!

The condo was super ! Reminder , don’t forget to bring extra cascade & dish soap & paper towels. There isn’t any extra supplies for the kitchen. Great experience overall, not a problem for us at all ! Will be back for sure .

This condo caught our eye on the website last year and it has not disappointed! The kitchen, bathrooms and floors have been beautifully updated and the new furniture is homey and comfortable...the "GHOSTBED" mattress allows us to wake up without backaches and that's not always the case when you are traveling. We look forward to coming back to Holiday Surf and unit 210!

We loved the condo! It was decorated perfectly for the beach! The pool was great!
The beach was a little disappointing do to short beach. Not much room to build sand castles or throw frisbee.

My husband & I stayed two months the begining of 2019. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is lovely! We enjoyed the free movie rental for stays over 30 days. The staff was very nice. The linen exchange service was great and cut down considerably on what we had to pay to do our own laundry on the 4th or 6th floor. The only complaint we had was that we felt the information about the snowbird renewal for 2020 was not distributed well (we heard about it at the pool) nor was the process clearly explained (i.e.nothing about drawing a number) clearly explained.

210 was amazing! Up to date on everything(Decor, furniture, appliances, and design. Every room has been renovated and not a single expense spared. The view... amazing! The employees... nicer than ever! Two things that could have made it better would be to have a washer/Dryer, and we could at time hear other condos being renovated next to us or above us. Still, never hear any yelling or stomping that you often get in a hotel. You cannot go wrong with this place and it's price. I will be looking to book the same place next year for sure.

Its was a great place since the room had been remodeled. There were minor issues such as the electronic door lock was not working, the doors would not close properly, and the showers were very small. For us it was not too big of a deal since we spent most of the time at the beach.
