We respect enjoyed this unit. It displayed very nice view of the ocean. I will definitely be going back to stay. I recommend this property to anyone looking to have fun and feel safe doing so.

This unit is very nice. It has been updated and it was very clean. My only recommendation would be to add instructions on how to work the television. It is a very nice unit for small travel groups as it only has one designated bedroom.

The room was updated magnificently. The bathroom was as well, limited only by the original walls making it smaller than modern designs. Our party also had a 2 bedroom unit, but the 1 bedroom unit felt bigger. Higher floor units closer to the ocean have the best views but also the most stairs and/or steps (which is fine for adding steps to your health tracker. The beach chair/umbrella service spoils you wonderfully. All in our group of 9 loved all the facility had to offer.

Clean, comfortable furniture, but only the basics are provided. No kitchen seasonings or cooking spray, etc. Also the one bathroom was very small. Wish the unit would have provided beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, Beach equipment, etc. our stay was great though!

We loved our the condo that we stayed in. It provided everything u needed for your time there. One thing that this condo had that I’ve noticed other locations we’ve stayed at did not have was leftover storage containers. To me that was a plus. For me it’s always the little things that make me happy! Will be back for another great Destin trip!!

It had nice furniture, large rooms, and a great had a nice walk-in closet The kitchen was supplied with all of the gadgets you could need and cooking pots, pyrex dishes, etc. We enjoyed it!!

Not our first visit to Destin, but our first time at this location - and it was amazing! The condo was clean and well-decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue in the bathroom on our first day and the maintenance staff and cleaning staff were quick to respond and fix everything. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club is the best location on the beach. It was quiet, relaxing, just an overall great stay. I almost don’t want to say too many nice things, because if everyone knows how wonderful it is, it will get too popular! But honestly, I have nothing but good things to say. Great location, great condo, wonderful visit - we will definitely be back.

It was absolutely fantastic! The only thing I would change would be to add a few
mixing bowls & a couple cookie sheets. We eat in a lot & had to go & buy a cookie sheet so I could make cookies. Everything else was great & nicely updated. Especially loved the recliners. Us “old” folks like to relax & put our feet up when we sit & relax.

This condo reminded me of my Destin trips back when .. before Destin expanded into huge resorts and 30 A . If you are looking for a simple no nonsense overcrowded resorts then stay here. It was very convenient in all ways beach was beautiful and a perk was the complimentary beach chairs which saved us a lot of work .. I especially love how the chair set up was done .. the extra space between setups was appreciated!

Our family had a great experience at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club! Our unit was just as pictured and described. It had everything we needed. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable but it met our needs. The staff at the condo were kind and helpful. We loved all the amenities including the pool, shuffleboard and pickle ball. Then there's the ocean! It's literally out your door. The chair and umbrella service are a must. I wouldn't stay anywhere that didn't have that. I would definitely stay here again!!

We love Destin because of the beautiful beach and awesome restaurants, La Paz, Shrimp Basket, Surf Hut, McGuires !
We love staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club we have been coming twice a year for several years!
We visited in November and February and the parking lot was under construction, the elevator landings were under construction, parking was difficult and trying to "vacation" during construction was a challenge.

My family had an amazing time. This was my 16th year staying at Holiday Surf. The room was beautiful and clean. Loved my view off of my balcony. The lobby smelled so clean and refreshing no matter what time of day I was down there. Cant wait to go back next year.

This is our third time staying at Holiday Surf, but the first time in this condo. We absolutely LOVED the chaise loungers on the balcony! That was actually the main reason we chose this unit. Everything was so modern and comfortable. I'm a country girl not used to such a high tech electric stove, but once I got the hang of it, all was good. Would definitely stay in this unit again! It was wonderful.

2nd time staying here and we love it! Good location, nice beach. Condos are great, and have everything we needed! Good customer service, easy to book and pay. The property was a little dirty this time, trash in a lot of the stair wells, but also is peak visit season so a little understandable. Love this place and will stay again!

We had a nice vacation. BE SURE TO CHECK THE TERMS OF YOUR RESERVATION!!! When we initially booked our reservation, we were told that we would need to make a deposit of 20%. Our balance would be due on arrival;however, we received email notification that our balance would be due two weeks before our arrival. Not a big deal if one has an unlimited budget and credit card. In order to hold our reservation and not lose our deposit we had to put the balance on another credit card. Completely unexpected!!!

The condo looked exactly as pictured on line. Very comfortable furniture and bed. The 65 inch TV was a real bonus since the weather was not the best while we were there.

Have been coming to or through Destin for 45 years on business and pleasure. Have been staying at the HSRC during Christmas/New Years for the past 12 years. It is great because it is smaller and you do not have ride elavators forever.

Love the Holiday Surf. Always stay twice a year. Love the privacy and closeness to all the restaurants. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. We especially love Kaitlyn. Can’t wait to return next fall.

We had some issues with the freezer not opening and the toilet leaked around the bottom. The freezer issue was taking care of the best of what the maintenance man could do he stated it maybe a warranty issue other than that we had a great time.

We had a great time here! There is a view from every condo and our view was great. The unit was immaculate and I couldn't have asked for better.
The walk to the beach was easy, even taking an ice chest and other assorted thing. The beach is REALLY close. I would definitely stay here again next time I go to Destin.

Besides not being able to park our second car in an half empty lot, I even offered to pay extra, the toilet over flowed the first morning we were there. When the maintenance guy came with the plunger to fix it he took the plastic bag that the plunger was in he flung it in the air and got toilet water all over. Then he came in the kitchen area with the plugger and opened the cabinet under the sink. My husband mop the floor and it was filthy. Looked like it had not been mopped in weeks.
